Stitch Fix started as a women's subscription service but later expanded to also include a men’s clothing subscription box service that is focused around vamping up the style in your everyday wardrobe. When signing up, you take a pretty in-depth survey so your stylist gets a handle on what you’re looking for. Questions range from your occupation, your personal style, sizing, pricing preference, and so on. You can even send them your Instagram or Facebook page so they can get an even more personal feel for who you are.
My Subscription Addiction paid for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)
After you pick the date of when you’d like to receive your fix, the stylist handpicks 5 items and sends you your shipment. The fee for this service is $20, and that includes free shipping and free returns. And if you keep any of the items they send you, you get to deduct the $20 fee from the total. (If you keep all five items, you also get a 25% discount)

January 2019 Stitch Fix Men's Style Service Review
This was really close to my favorite-ever Fix. It included two button-up shirts, a hoodie, athletic shirt, and a puffer jacket.
You’ll get this little packet in your shipment. Inside, you’ll find all of the details on how to proceed with your fix – from trying items to buying an item to returning an item.
Stitch Fix also provides a little style board for some items. These include idea on styling it with other items, whether or not they’re in your current box or not.
Save The Duck - Giga Non-Hooded Packable Jacket - Cost to Keep $149
let's start with something more unique that I've received from Stitch Fix - a puffer jacket.
It's marked as an ultra-light jacket, and they weren't messing around - it's super breathable and light while still being warm enough for the current cold weather.
I'm not sure how I feel about the color - I'm liking it overall, and it's a color I don't often wear.
C+C Pilot Rock Cotton Wool Hoodie Sweater: Value $89.00
For me, there is nothing better than find a great hoodie for colder-weather months - and this fits the bill.
It's another piece of clothing that is warm while still feeling light. I also like the little ridge design on the arms - it was an instant keeper.
Heritage - Hoboken Flannel Shirt: Value $68.00
After a hoodie, a good flannel is probably the second most important thing to me during this cold weather. Luckily, I received two new options this month.
This one is a less traditional flannel, but I love it. I actually wore this just yesterday under a puffer vest and thought it worked perfectly.
Hawker Rye - Benson Stretch Flannel Shirt: Value $64.00
Yup - this is my style! Just looking through the items as I pulled them out of the box, I already had a hunch this was a winner as long as it fits comfortably.
This is much more of that traditional flannel look - and it was perfect for holiday parties. Again, an easy keeper.
01Algo - Phillip Performance Tee: Value $34.00
It was almost the perfect box. This is where it plummeted a bit for me.
The shirt was as advertised - it's a breathable athletic shirt. But, it was a bit large and flowy - it might make more sense as an undershirt, though. 4 out of 5 ain't bad!
Verdict: Recently, getting my monthly Fix from Stitch Fix has been a highlight. They're doing a great job with my style and the clothing is more affordable than some options I've received from similar styling services.
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Stitch Fix curates its boxes based on each individual’s preferences as well as what’s available.
Value Breakdown: You’ll pay a $20 styling fee with free shipping and returns – Just pay for the items you keep - plus, you’ll save 25% when you keep all of the items in your delivery.
