I ordered this mystery box along with a few other items and my tracking says it was delivered but it was nowhere in or near my mailbox or my gate, house, etc. I’ve emailed julep twice in the last few weeks and cant get them to respond to me 🤬.

The price increase didn’t go up necessarily. If it’s $100 worth of items, it’s $24.99, if they advertise it as $125 worth of items, it’s $5 more; it’s been that way as long as I can remember.
Also, the promo code for a free polish this month is STARS, so add one to your cart before you check out.

I figured it out, I needed to get a regular priced one and not an extra duo set. It took $11 off a $14 polish which is still good, thanks!

I’ve had pretty good luck with Julep’s mystery bags before. Only once did I get a weird orangey lip color, but the rest of the bag was great. Everything is always pretty and quite universal, but these colors aren’t that great and I’m feeling wary about all the rumored financial trouble/changes Julep is experiencing. Hence the price increase? Not worth it.

Same here. I’d love to have those polish colors but I can’t spend that much not having a clue what else is in the box. If I can’t use the rest I’d be spending $30 on 2 polishes, which I would never do. At least not from this brand.
