I think MSA should now always put a disclaimer on Loot Crate plugs, especially on new crates (or vapor-ware as I like to call them) stating that Loot Crate has been having many (many) issues with delivery of their product, and has been indulging in some very unprofessional practices with regard to whether they actually provide the product that’s been subscribed for (noting the recent Firefly is it an “apology” or “replacement” crate fiasco).

On a brighter note, I put in refund requests to PayPal for the last three billing transactions that Loot Crate had exacted on my Firefly sub, and all three have come back successfully within a day! I think there have probably been so many complaints about Loot Crate to them that they’re just waving the refunds through and telling Loot Crate what for. So anyone (who paid with PayPal) still just thinking about trying to get their August bill back, make the application before Feb. 11 and I’m sure you will. The other two have longer (April and June I think) but doing them all together will definitely make you feel better.
