Pennie Post February 2019 Review
Every month we receive a paper that gives us the month’s theme and the name of all the cards we receive. This month’s them is “Sprinkled.”
Donut Sprinkle Card
It’s raining sprinkles! I feel like this donut got up, spread some frosting on and stood under a sprinkle cloud. I liked the colors of the card, they really go together well. This card was paired with a white a-style envelope.
Happy Birthday Sprinkles
This card is super cute with the multi-colored sprinkles. I especially love the bright yellow a-style envelope it is paired with. Such a bright, pretty set!
Congratulations Confetti Sprinkle
If I had to choose a favorite card in this month’s subscription, it would be this one. It is printed on a really shimmery paper.
You can sort of see the shimmer in this image. I received a similar card in my October review, but a different design. I just recently tried to gift that card and found that a lot of pens didn’t write on it, which stunk because I essentially ruined a beautiful card trying to write on it with multiple pens. I finally wised up and grabbed a thin Sharpie, but it didn’t hide that the card was ruined. Just in case anyone else comes across this issue, have a Sharpie on hand for your message on the inside of this beautiful card.
Donut Stickers
The final item we received are these adorable donut stickers. There is one for each envelope to seal in the card for delivery.
My favorite part is that the center of the donut is an actual hole. Here they are against the yellow envelope. So adorable. And now I am off to find an edible donut….
Verdict: Pennie Post always delivers magnificent, original cards and I am always looking forward to the ones sent each month. The quality of these cards is amazing and so lovely. One of my favorite things about Pennie Post is that it doesn’t send cards centered around a particular holiday for the month. I am glad I didn’t receive just pink, red and white Valentines Day cards this month.
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you subscribe today? No, you will get the March subscription.
Value Breakdown: This subscription costs $11.63 a month, which means each card is worth about $3.88 each, counting the stickers as a bonus item.
