Maeven Bride Box is a monthly luxury bridal and wedding planning box. It’s full of trendy items and advice to help with the stressful wedding planning process. Each box includes 6-8 items with a retail value of over $100. New subscribers will receive the Maeven Intro Box as their first box and then fall into the monthly theme going forward.
This is some of the loveliest packaging I've experienced with a subscription box. Every detail seems to be thought through. Even the box is perfect for storing keepsake items or photos.

Maeven Bride Box January 2019 Review
This month, Maeven focuses on a little bit of everything – makeup, jewelry, decor – for all of your bridal events. Let's see what we got:
Each month, subscribers will receive a mini magazine filled with descriptions of the included items, advice from wedding pros, and real-life inspiration.
Rose Gold "Bride" Tumbler
I love insulated tumblers like this to keep my drinks hot or cold for hours. I always carry around my big coffee tumbler but it's great to now have a smaller size for wine or champagne. The rose gold finish is cute and I love the "bride" vinyl to let everyone know that they need to spoil the one holding this. It's handwash only (probably due to the vinyl) but easy to clean.
Acrylic "Gifts and Cards" Sign with Stand
Over the past few months, Maeven Box has sent out a few signs like this but with different sayings. I love that they are consciously coordinating the decor accessories so they can easily be used together for a variety of events. I also think the clear acrylic is a clever choice since it can work into any decor style. The design is simple and clean with a small rectangular sheet of acrylic that sits in a groove in the stand. It comes apart and is super easy to tote to and from venues.
Gold Bar Bracelet
Something about the minimal but glam jewelry that Maeven Box includes is so fun and unique. I love the look of this simple gold cuff! It's shiny with a liner hammered texture and soft, cool-toned gold. The width can be adjusted by bending it slightly and I think it would look lovely stacked with other thin cuffs.
Zoya Nail Polish in Avril - Retail Value $10
Everyone needs a nice nude color in their polish collection and this one is so pretty. It leans a little more pink than nude and is perfect for a simple, elegant manicure when you don't want all of the attention on your nails (like when you have a killer dress to show off). This polish is 10-free and applies smooth and semi-opaque.
Patchology Facial Cleansing Wipes, Pack of 15 Wipes - Retail Value $5
I keep face wipes everywhere – in my car, purse, desk – so I'm never disappointed to get more, especially in travel-friendly sizes like this. You might say I have a problem with swatching everything. 🙂 I like that these are so soothing and have lots of moisture in them. They remove crusty or smudged liquid lipstick quickly and allow me to reapply a fresh coat.
"Bride To Be" Letter Balloons
You need to have these super cute balloons for the best Instagram photoshoot eva! The kit includes the letters for "BRIDE TO BE," a straw to blow the balloons up, and some string for hanging. I didn't have the space to blow them all up, but I did blow up the T and found that you can carefully deflate and use these again. These would be an easy-to-pack, quick way to decorate any space.
Verdict: If you are a bride or know a bride that's planning a wedding, Maeven Bride Box is absolutely a subscription you should look into. From the beautiful packaging to the practical and keepsake-worthy items, I'm super impressed with how well thought out each detail is. I would have loved to have received this as a gift during my wedding planning process and certainly would have subscribed myself. This month, Maeven sent a variety of items that will be useful for the months leading up to a wedding. I'm already getting so much use out of the tumbler and wipes!
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? If you sign up today (or any day) your first box will be the Intro Box, then you'll fall in with the monthly theme each month.
Value Breakdown: At $51.90 ($44.95+ $6.95 shipping) each of the 6 items has a value of about $8.65.
