New Beauty Test Tube is a beauty and makeup subscription service. Every quarter, they send full size skincare, haircare, and makeup products. A quarterly subscription is $59/quarter or $200.60 for the entire year.

My box is missing items! I did not get the cotton pads or the Grande plumper. They better be able to send replacements!

I ordered two of these boxes – got both today and I LOVE THEM!!!! I will use absolutely everything (which is why I got two, hahaha). I am not always a fan of the seemingly ever-present GrandeLIPS products as there have been some pretty awful colors (on me anyway). But I tried this box’s “HibisKiss” right away, and it will receive immediate and heavy rotation as it’s a great just-there tint for me. I think the value is awesome and am super happy with the curation!

I got mine today too and absolutely love it as well! I will use everything in it – which is really, really rare!
One minor disappointment, the Grande Lips was missing from the box. 🙁 🙁 🙁 It was the one thing I was really looking forward to receiving, because it finally came in a color I could wear! I called this morning and Roxana in customer service shipped me off a replacement (she said it’s the same color – so here’s hoping!!!).
As far as this shipment goes – it took a LOOONG time to get to me. I’m near Seattle, and the package was at the Seattle distribution center on Thursday last week – and then it went back to Salt Lake City UT, and then back to Seattle again (this took an extra 3 days)! Really strange…

My box has been “in transit to next facility” in my city for the past 4 days. Not sure what happened, and trying to connect with USPS is quite a joke. Anyone know the best way to reach out to this company? I appreciate your help. The number on their website goes to Wells Fargo, the number in my confirmation email goes nowhere… Thank you!

Hi, I did finally find a number to reach you and emailed as well, and I’ve heard that it is out of your hands. The only thing that has changed is that I’ve heard from you, which I appreciate immensely!!! . The box is still stuck in Las Vegas, since Monday April 15. It continues to update daily saying “in transit to next facility.” Most items make it from Vegas to Fresno in a day. Maybe someone is walking it here, 🤔😂. It’s getting very frustrating.

This box is seriously spectacular. I received mine in the mail yesterday. I knew everything except the cotton pads was full size but good grief! Seeing so many products full size (and really nice, high end items, was incredible. I’m so happy with this box!

So I got one because the value is there for the things I’ll use, but this is definitely not one of their more exciting boxes. I even took a day and a half to ponder it and wouldn’t have been disappointed if they had sold out like they usually do. The fact that they did not sellout would be a sign to the company to make the next one better or risk going the route of Allure’s seasonal boxes they haven’t sold in a while-the name escapes me it’s been so long! Lol

i ordered yesterday and was able to use the five dollar code. i’m most excited for the living proof shampoo and the purlisse masks. oh, and another back up neostrata wash and sio eye patches. i still have a few from boxes past, but i like them so its always nice to have more! i’m not overwhelmed with this box, but it’s absolutely worth the value. and i appreciate that new beauty gave some love to its members with the five dollar code!!! can’t wait for the summer and fall boxes!

This one is pretty disappointing, but l looked back at the past year of boxes and I also skipped Fall. It was last Summer 2018’s box that was AWESOME. It was $60, but had so many great products in it! I’m really hoping they offer a similar box this year. I’d be happy to cough up the $60!

The one in Aug/Sept is the ‘Beauty Awards’ box. This is the ‘Beauty Report’ box they release twice a year or so. It used to be $29ish.
