Elevita March 2019 Review

Elevita Box March 2019 - Cotton Drawstring Bag Top

Once again, everything arrived in this lovely cotton drawstring bag! Such a nice bonus!

Elevita Box March 2019 - Booklet Top

This is the letter I received in my package this month, detailing the contents. I especially appreciate the detail it provides about the artisans who created this month's items. It gives it such a special, personal touch!

Picture Frame, India

I love getting picture frames in subscription boxes, and this one is just gorgeous! My only concern is that it will likely overshadow the picture! I think the pattern on this one is just gorgeous. This was hand carved in India by artisans from sustainably sourced wood.

Bracelets, Philippines

How pretty! These delicate bracelets were hand-beaded by artisans in the Philippines who have been affected by Typhoon Usman. This was a special order by Elevita to provide assistance to these families. I really think they are so lovely and special. They are not stretchy, so they actually hang a bit which I like!

Jaya Earrings by Pearls With Purpose, India - Retail Value $25

Look at how beautiful these earrings are, they are just stunning! I don't think I own any black pearls! These were made by artisans from Pearls With Purpose, an organization that helps women in developing countries by providing training and sustainable employment. In turn, this assists them in providing nutrition and education for their families.

The Verdict: Elevita is awesome! I really appreciate everything they do to help global artisans, and I love feeling like I'm a part of that. This month's items were all great, especially those earrings! I can't often find values for the items Elevita sends, but I always feel like the value far outstrips the cost of the box. Thirty dollars for these lovely items is a steal!

My box was a little different. Instead of earrings I got a pearl necklace with swarovski crystals.
