Before your box ships, you get an email inviting you to hop in and preview your order. The page that opens up has about 12 products total on the page. The three products currently set to ship in the order are at the top of the page and marked with green check marks. The top section of the page includes items that have been picked based on your preferences, but recently, Frank and Oak added a "Featured" section at the bottom of the selection page that highlights some new/trending items that you can pick from, as well.

The plan includes three items, which you can curate for yourself or let Frank and Oak choose for you. I really dig Frank and Oak's spring color palette—the colors seem like lighter, softer takes on the jewel tones they featured this winter. There are lots of warm reds, pinks, yellows, and even greens.

Okay, let's check out what I got!

Frank And Oak april white ribbed tee

The Baby Rib Good Cotton Tee in White, Size Medium - Retail Value $34.50, Member Price $27.50

I love exploring Frank and Oak's tees—there are so many cuts and colors! I'm not usually a ribbed tee gal, but the cut of this one seemed like it'd go really well with high-waisted jeans (which I have a lot of, thanks to my Style Plan). I'm super happy with it! The "ribs" are actually pretty low-key. (It doesn't have that thermal pajamas quality that I get from a lot of ribbed shirts.) And while the sleeves are a little shorter than what I'd typically reach for, this 100% cotton tee is just so comfy overall that I'm willing to forgive that aspect. I can already tell it's going to be a go-to this summer.

Frank And Oak april mustard gold sweatshirt

The Drop-Shoulder French Terry Sweatshirt in Washed Golden Brown, Size Medium - Retail Value $69.50, Member Price $59.50

I'm smitten with this golden-brown sweatshirt! It's pretty thin, meaning it's perfect for these weird transitional weather days. It's super soft, too. The color feels sophisticated—I feel like I could wear this with an A-line skirt and some cool statement jewelry for a more put-together look, or y'know, some leggings and my favorite baseball hat on casual days!

Fun fact: The fabric of this shirt is 40% cotton, 40% recycled polyester, 20% polyester—hooray for eco-conscious clothing!

Frank And Oak open heeled pointed booties

The Bazaar Pointed Mule, Size 8 - Retail Value $129.00, Member Price $110.00

I love Frank and Oak's footwear designs. They're chic and cool and understated... plus they're so well made and straightforward that I know they'll last me season after season. My only qualm with these leather, croc-patterned shoes sling-backs is how stiff the leather is right out of the box. They'll take some wearing in (maybe with thick socks to start out) before they start breaking down and becoming super comfortable, but the fit is perfect, even on my high arches. And I mean, how cool do they look? I've always wanted a pair of shoes like this, and now I know I have a pair that'll last me.

Verdict: Frank and Oak wowed me once again. I'm not kidding when I say that 75% of my wardrobe is made up of Frank and Oak pieces right now! Their looks are made so nicely—they wear really well, and that's coming from someone who regularly just tosses everything in the laundry on cold and calls it a day. And the fact that the looks are so basic (the tops in particular) means that they find their way into all kinds of looks. I love how things fit, I love the abundance of natural and recycled materials... this brand is one of my hands-down faves. And Style Plan makes it so easy to grow my wardrobe in a way that eliminates the choice paralysis I fall into when I usually try to shop online. No more scrolling around or getting overwhelmed shopping across a ton of different websites. Their monthly curated picks and member pricing is just my style.

To Wrap Up:

Can I still get this box if I sign up today? Each box is customized based on your style plan. Under the new $25 styling fee plan, you can log in 2 days before your box ships (you'll get an email alerting you of when it's ready to be previewed) to add or remove items or skip the month altogether. That said, you can still follow the product links above to shop these items for yourself from their site catalog!

Exclusive Deal: Use this link to get your first box with no styling fee + $5 off!

Value Breakdown: The retail price for the three items I received this month is $233.00. But the member price drops that cost down to $197.00. If I decide to return all the items, I will pay the $25 styling fee and will be refunded the remaining amount, but I can keep any one item at the discounted price and no styling fee will be charged.
