I got an email stating I was not guaranteed an april bag even though I signed up at the beginning of the month. I still haven’t been charged as of yet, I may cancel if I dont get the April bag:/

Do you think it might be that the stuff that “matches” you isn’t available for april? I’d give them another month to see what comes. Sometimes I’ve been unhappy that I didn’t get certain “new” items, but then figured they don’t match my profile. Usually what I get matches me well.

No sure, but for some reason I’m able to see what I would receive if I were signed up, I can see my march, February boxes even though I haven’t subscribed in over a year. I clicked on “keep playing” after retaking my quiz and saw full spoilers for this month. Dr jart redness cream, shiseido sun screen, benefit mascara, sephora item and nars powermatte lip paint which I’ve received before. The only good thing is the dr jart so I cancelled definitely may be right about them running out as some of these items aren’t even on the full spoilers list liz just posted :/
