Maybe loot crate should focus on fulfilling orders in a timely manner, stop cancelling orders because *supposedly* they oversell (especially when on discount), answer emails, and in overall improve their current services, instead of adding new ones when they obviously have a hard time processing orders with what they already got!
Dont waste your money in this company. All the hassle you have to go through to get what you have already paid is not worth it!

I still feel it is very irresponsible of MSA to be promoting these LC boxes all the time without letting people know about the problems with shipping on time, customer service, and billing.

Most people have stopped commenting with issues on these posts (because MSA makes so many!) so people are not getting all the facts they need to know before giving this company their money.

Apologies. I’ve updated this post to reflect the shipping issues in bold. We’ll be making sure that disclaimer is on all Loot Crate posts moving forward until things change. This was an oversight on our part since different people post about Loot Crate and not an intentional decision. We’re making adjustments now to make sure every MSA author is aware of the issues and shares that info with readers. Thanks for calling this out.

Liz why did you feel the need to delete my comment questioning why you have exclusive codes with them if you aren’t promoting them?

DawnS

This is just advising what Loot Crate is doing, with no opinions. The MSA reviews of the late crates always point out the disappointment as reviews are the subjective point of this blog.

Actually Dawn S you are wrong about that. MSA has exclusive codes for discounts and they don’t always mention shipping issues depending on who does the review. For the last Loot Crate regular review in March the reviewer didn’t mention shipping issues and there is an exclusive MSA code to use. Msa benefits every time someone uses that code. So yes they are actively promoting the box not just passing along info. Of course MSA is a business and their interest is making money not friends. They are always going to align themselves with the sub box companies so it’s important as a consumer to not blindly trust everything that your favorite blogger says will be in your best interests.

Susan

I agree. I have commented this same thing numerous times.

So have I, Susan. Eric used to respond sometimes, but I haven’t seen any replies to the criticism of LC — or criticism of how MSA handles LC — in a long time.

This is the first time I’ve responded to a LC post in months. (And let’s be real, we’d both be VERY busy people if we commented on every single LC post that MSA makes!)

Setting: Loot Headquarters, group of people around a conference table.

“Our excel sheet for late loot boxes is almost full! We probably should do something.”

“Wait almost full? I know! Lets add another crate we can’t ever deliver on time!”

Everyone cheers.

I haven’t got my Sanrio crate yet, and they are being out a new crate? Any word by chance for the Sanrio crate?

Tabitha

Nope…no way. Just set fire to your money instead since they rarely seem to send a crate out on time.
