POPSUGAR Must Have Summer 2019 Box Spoilers + Customization Time!

I subscribed, but I was only allowed to customize my towel preference. There wasn’t an option to customize the sunglasses or add-ons. Has anyone else run into this?

have both fff and musthave, have to say the musthave have better quality of the products, and after received the spring box, I cant tell the value is there. I am excited for the summer box!

I really hope they give out more spoilers before billing. They did the same thing in the spring and the stuff they didn’t reveal was a real let down.

Does anyone know what’s in this box other than sunglasses and a towel? Considering signing up but not when these are the only two items spoiled

LOVE the sunglasses. I already have a pair of pink sunglasses, so I picked blue, and I’m super excited about them.

REALLY wish I could pick both towels instead of those glasses. I’m overloaded on sunglasses and these are weird looking. I did choose blush though. I received some sunglasses from GlossyBox awhile back as an incentive and they are a blush color which I find attractive.

When are they billing us for this?

I have trouble understanding how “luxe box” just means…lots of sunglasses and towels? Are rich people just really damp?

I love my round Tofino towel from the Summer Limited Edition box back in 2016 (the box that also had the Hat Attack straw bag and a Corcicle Canteen.) I’m excited that this box has another Tofino towel, the quality is great and I love the patterns to choose from. I’m considering signing up for another box just for another towel. The glasses look great to me, I loved the Box of Style Bonnie and Clyde sunglasses with a similar look. I’ve heard good things about the brand, as well. Hoping the rest of the box is just as great as these spoilers.

Ha. Definitely in the minority here but I LOVE the sunglasses. But I’ve ALWAYS been a fan of round sunglasses. And these are good quality. A friend gifted me a pair in a blush color very similiar to these (“Clyde & Bonnie” glasses). They look fantastic on me. The towels ok in blue. The glasses in blue stone. Im seriously considering resubscribing

I selected the polka dot towel and the blush sunglasses, but I’m not sure that I need either. The sunglasses look cool on the model, but I doubt they’d look good on my face shape, so I will likely swap them. I listed the towel for swap too, but I will keep it if I can’t find something I like more. My swap page is linked with my name if anyone is looking for these items.

I miss what this box used to be. They need some original ideas for summe—as some here have suggested. Not more towels and sunglasses. I check in now and then to see if there’s anything to tempt me to renew my subscription. So far, no…

I’ve been subscribed for years but had to cancel for now. The sunglasses are hideous and the towel is cute but I don’t need anymore towels. It’s sad because I love popsugar. If it goes on sale in the future then maybe I’ll get this box.

I love both of the towels and both of the sunglasses. I am having the hardest time making a choice between them. They are all so pretty its really hard to decide.

Their quarterly boxes have been such misses compared to their LE boxes and monthly boxes in the past. Switching to quarterly was supposed to make the company better, but it’s had the opposite effect. I’m skipping so many quarterly boxes whereas I would hardly ever skip any LE boxes or monthly boxes. They need to revamp their curation team.

I’m happy the towel is at least cotton. The polka dot print is cute and neutral enough for me. The shades are a hard pass. I have prescription lenses and even if I didn’t want to see, those frames look like they’d be awful on my long face. 😐 I guess it will depend on the other spoilers.

Well, my wallet is completely safe from this box. There is literally nothing that appeals to me, except maybe the towel, but those sunglasses are fugly. I always hear how awesome Popsugar is, but I’ve never seen anything that makes me want to subscribe. But with the amount of subs I have that’s probably a good thing lol.

I do want a new pair of sunnies but those glasses are awkward looking. I do like the look of that towel. However the retail values seem a bit silly for those items..This box is going to determine if I cancel PS for next season. I hated the Spring box, so we’ll see if the rest of the box is any good.

I cancelled after Spring box. I’m using the vooray bag for the first time today. It holds a lot. I think the inner magnetic handle straps.

As for this Summer box, so glad I cancelled. The towels look great, but since I have 10 unopened new towels from other boxes last year…not needed. Lol. The glasses look utterly fabulously stylish, but not on human faces. These are NOT a flattering style. Plus as we pointed out, we have sunglasses and towels from other sub boxes. And not to mention there are a lot of us who wear prescription. And my optometrist pointed out that many fashion glasses cause more harm than good as they trick your eyes into letting in harmful rays. He said it’s actually better to go without sunglasses than to wear ones that let in the harmful rays.

Meh. PopSugar was one of my earliest cancelations. I’ve used the items I’ve gotten in their boxes – a bowl holds fruit on my kitchen table, an umbrella is on the hook in my entryway, a candle in my living room. Gifted others. Would I have BOUGHT any of these items at full price? No, not even at heavily discounted prices. I have just never found any of their stuff to be distinctive or remotely innovative in style. Overpriced. Over-hyped. Perfect for today’s culture.

Thank for the spoilers – certainly don’t need another pair of sunglasses and another beach towel (even thought I live in FL). Too many subscriptions lately with those items. Will wait for Fall box now.

I really like these spoilers. The glasses are very trendy & cool.i picked blue. And the towel is really nice, picked maverick, the pattern is bold & matches the sunnies. I have the blue ruana from fff a few summers ago. That would prob. look cool all together! I’m excited to see what else is in the box.

I see millions of these ridiculous sunglasses in future mystery boxes for the next 5 years lol
