I usually have both boxes by now and have not gotten any tracking information for both of my 2 boxes. Has anyone else had this problem?

Same for me. I looked on their site and it does say they ship between the 4th and the 13th. I for one , like to receive my boxes before I’m charged for the next one. 😐
