I subbed in March based on the spoilers on their page but didn’t receive some of the items. When I inquired about the missing products, they said the extra items were only available to the first 100 boxes. This was not disclosed on their website and I feel that it was really shady. I immediately canceled and I’m not sure how this is not false advertising or at least highly unethical.

What happened to the reusable facial pads and container??

The utensils set is from the same company; it appears to be an item substitution/replacement. It’s disappointing because the rounds would have been the ideal companion product for the toner!

5 to 8 products??? Hmmm I only see 4.. unless they are counting the utensils separately. This may be my last box..as I cut down on boxes..
