Bullymake Box is a monthly subscription box for power chewers. You all have heard about (and seen) some of Nyx’s exploits with plush toys from dog subscription boxes so when I heard about this one, I had to sign up immediately. Nyx is definitely a power chewer! You pick your dog’s weight in 10-pound increments so this is a box for an 80-pound dog (Nyx weighs about 87 right now).
My Subscription Addiction paid for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)
About Bullymake Box
The Subscription Box: Bullymake Box
The Cost: $39 a month (save with 3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions)

Bullymake Box April 2019 Review
There was a technology theme this month:
There was also a card letting subscribers know that further customization is available for this subscription. I was very excited by this because Nyx absolutely lives for the nylon toys Bullymake Box sends out each month (she is somewhat less enthusiastic about the rubber ones, and they also last her longer so we have a lot already). I find that dogs do tend to prefer one type, either nylon or rubber, so I think it’s great that you can choose what works best for your dog or change it up from time to time.
There was also a card advertising a sweepstake to win a free year of Bullymake boxes.
Bullymake Nylon Game Controller Toy - Retail Value $18
This was our first month of choosing two nylon toys. (Nyx likes the nylon toys more, and since the rubber ones last her longer, we have a surplus of those.) This is the first toy, a game controller. You can see some pictures of her chewing on this below (OK, a lot of pictures!) I’m going to sound like a broken record in this review, but these nylon chews are her favorites and she enjoyed this one.
Bullymake Nylon Keyboard Toy - Retail Value $18
This is another custom Bullymake Box nylon toy and Nyx loves it, as well. She’s played with it several times, and it is still in pretty good shape.
Petsport Twisted Chews Medium Knot Bar Rope (19”)
I didn’t make a selection for all four toys because I wanted to see some variety, so one of the toys we received was this rope. Nyx loves ropes. Playing tug is her favorite thing ever, and she also likes chewing on them. (Petsport toys are sometimes available for sale online, but I didn’t see one quite like this. They do show up in subscription boxes fairly often, and they seem to be decent quality.)
This isn’t branded (it might be another custom Bullymake toy) but that’s OK. I kind of like not getting all kinds of excess packaging. Nyx likes gripping the T-bone cross part with her front paws and chewing on the longer piece.
Here are some pictures of Nyx with the controller toy. (Yes, there are a lot, but I think she’s cute. Also she does great puppy dog eyes.) She had a lot of fun with this.
Verdict: I couldn’t calculate a total value for the April 2019 Bullymake Box because all of the items weren't available in their shop and there’s really nowhere else to get them. However, Nyx really liked everything and it is all holding up well, and that’s the main thing. (Please note: if your dog does not like nylon toys, you can make some alternate selections in your account preferences and get something more suitable for your situation.)
Note: if you want a toys-only box, you should select that during sign-up. Otherwise you will get the default box, which does include some treats. Now you can also go into your account and change your preferences regarding treats, toy type, etc.
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, your first shipment would be May’s. You can sometimes buy some of the exclusive toys at the Bullymake Shop if something catches your eye. Also, please note there are some box variations here so you may not always receive the same box as Nyx gets, even if you choose the same profile values when you sign up.
Value Breakdown: This box costs $39 + free shipping, which means that each of the 4 items in the box has an average cost of $9.75.
