Take this as a nugget of experience. Drop loot crate. They recycle their inventory. Rarely do you get anything in time but you always get charged. I’ve been four boxes behind and paid for eight. Company is failing. People dropping like flies. Last two crates online reviews have been abysmal. If they can’t meet the demand they should throw in the towel.

Ha – so after I sent my last comment I read the note above about shipping issues. So I guess I’m not the only one. I don’t have issues with boxes being late, but I have issues for being charged again when I haven’t had my first order fulfilled. Maybe they should delay the renewals along with the shipping!

Just wondering if anyone can give me feedback on issues they have with any loot crate subscriptions. I prepaid for 3 crates back on Black Friday in November and have only received one! I keep getting notifications that my second crate is pushed back. Should have had it in March and now it’s scheduled to ship in June. However they also sent an email saying they are going to charge my card in june for another 3 crates! I also subbed to the loot wear for her and it is now delayed. They advertise these crates all over the place – does anyone else think maybe they shouldn’t do this if they can’t fulfill orders? I am starting to feel as though I have been ripped off. Customer service responded but didn’t directly address any of my concerns. Anyone else have negative experiences with Lootcrate like this?
