Sunday Riley now has a quarterly lifestyle subscription box curated by the editor's of their blog, The Sunday Edit. With each box, there's a new theme and their third one is the Travel Edition! I was super obsessed with the last Love Edition box, so I was so excited to see the spoilers for this one! They tend to include popular and interesting brands that I've been excited about trying so this is the perfect box for someone who wants to explore what's new! They always include Sunday Riley products and this time there are FOUR!

Sunday Riley Travel Edition Subscription Box Review
Not all of this month's items fit in the exclusively designed Travel Edition box, so it shipped in a larger plain brown box to accommodate the pillow.
This quarter came with a small booklet that details all of the included items.
This time there are FOUR Sunday Riley products in the box which come in a really pretty metallic blue zipper pouch.
You'll find an info card that talks about each product.
Sunday Riley Zip Pouch
This is a roomy little pouch that measures roughly 7 x 3 x 3.5 inches and fits all of the TSA-friendly sizes with plenty of room to spare. It's well crafted and I just love the metallic blue finish.
Ceramic Slip Cleanser, 3x 0.03 oz packettes - Buy a full-size 5 oz tube for $35.00
The first Sunday Riley product included this time is 3 sample packs of their Ceramic Slip Cleanser. I've been wanting to try this one since I've seen it popping up in several subscription boxes. I didn't think there was enough product in the packet, but it was actually the perfect amount once I squeezed it into my palm. It doesn't have a very strong scent but I picked up on the French Green Clay. "Slip" is a great word for this one since it really glides along the face while removing all the nasty dirt and makeup from the day. This left my skin feeling squeaky clean and ready for the rest of my routine. I wish there was a larger size included.
Good Genes All-In-One Lactic Acid Treatment, 8 ml - Estimated Retail Value $28.00 (Buy a 30 ml bottle for $105.00)
I think this is my favorite of the offerings in this box! It has a super uplifting lemongrass scent (my fave!) and honestly really feels like it's prepping my face for the rest of my routine. One pump of this is enough to cover my face after cleansing and since it's a thinner milky liquid, it gets quickly absorbed to leave my skin feeling alert and ready for the day.
Auto Correct Brightening and De-Puffing Eye Contour Cream, 15 ml (full size!) - Retail Value $65.00
I'm not the biggest user of eye creams for some strange reason, but this one does immediately brighten once I dab it with a ring finger under my eyes. I've been using it both at night and in the morning after cleansing and using Good Genes but before their Tidal gel-cream. I'm hoping to see more long-lasting effects on my under eye circles but it's too early to tell. The scent is fantastic and when I couldn't place it, I went to Megan and Rachel who both mentioned chamomile. Megan happened to know that Roman Chamomile is in a similar realm with Blue Tansy which I simply adore the scent of. Cased solved: this contains Roman Chamomile which seemingly has a very similar scent. All in all- this has an enchanting scent which is very calming and lovely and is visibly glowing when pumped out. I'll definitely be rotating this into my routine.
Tidal Brightening Enzyme Water Cream, 15 g - Retail Value $22.00 (or Buy 50 ml here for $65.00)
This product is a wonderful soothing water cream that packs the skin with moisture. I've been using this last in my new Sunday Riley routine and it makes my skin feel soft and hydrated while giving it a super dewy look. It reminds me a lot of Belif's Aqua Bomb so if you like that, I think you'll love this one too. It has a refreshing cucumber smell to it and feels really cooling and wonderful going on.
The Globetrotter’s Handbook Travel Journal - Listed Retail Value $15.00
At first, I thought this was sort of a bummer item but it's actually quite cute! It has a ton of great travel trips, spotlights on beauty spots in some major cities, a travel agenda, space to journal, photo tips, and even some postcards that you can pop out and mail! The whole book (which is well-designed and quality printed) was written by The Sunday Edit writers who sound like they know a thing or two about travel. This would be the perfect adult activity book while on a plane if you want some time away from your laptop and smartphone screens.
Savvy Sleepers Travel Satin Pillow Case - Listed Value $36.00 (Full size available here)
As far as I can tell, this is a custom travel sized pillowcase for the Sunday Riley box by Savvy Sleepers. Satin pillowcases have been popping up in beauty boxes for a while now so I was excited to finally get one here since I have crazy hair flyaways (from breakage) and I've heard this should help. In addition to helping hair (or if you have lash extensions), this pillowcase should also help prevent face creases that can turn into wrinkles. I'm all for added luxury while I sleep since it's the most important part of any beauty routine. What I also learned is that satin is NOT a fabric composition, but rather a weave. I HAD NO IDEA. This 100% polyester pillowcase is machine washable even though it delivers a soft and shiny rest.
United Airlines Cooling Gel Travel Pillow - Retail Value $27.99
This little travel pillow is given exclusively to United Polaris Business Class passengers and WOW is it nice! Not only is it memory foam, but it also has cooling gel on one side and let me tell you- it really makes a difference. I am all about high-class pillows and recently considered buying an $80 one I saw an Instagram ad for, so you know I am very serious. This baby is 14 x 11 inches which makes it perfect to pop behind your head whether you're in business class or coach. Since I have no flights planned in the near future, I used this in bed the other night in tandem with my full-size memory foam pillow and must have zonked out immediately because I woke up at 7:30 am with my contact lenses still in. All I remember was thinking "wow - this pillow IS so cooling!" and that was that.
Here's the pillowcase on the pillow! Comfy!
Harry Josh Pro Tools Premium Oval Brush - Retail Value $50.00
As soon as I saw the spoilers for this brush I was intrigued by the claim that boar's hair bristles can help those of us with super fine hair. After going down a rabbit hole that showed me $200 hair brushes, I came back to the earth's surface excited for the arrival of this more reasonably priced (although still high for a gal like me) one. I love the bright minty color first and foremost, and this full-size brush also has a really nice weight to it. I blowdry my hair every time I wash it, so I had previously been using a round brush in hopes to give me some volume while I did so, but now I'm learning that the bristles were all wrong. This particular brush has a mix of nylon and natural boar hair bristles and can be used on both wet and dry hair. Once I part my wet hair with a wide tooth comb, I take this through my wet hair before then blow drying it. It pulls through my hair so much more easily than my previous brush with A LOT less breakage which of course causes all the frizzy flyaways I have going on. After almost a week of using this gal, I am a fancy hairbrush convert!
Sand Cloud Wanderlust Towel - Retail Value $44.00
As soon as I saw this towel, I thought of my roommate because he went through a phase recently when he tie-dyed almost every shirt he owns with bleach. This towel is definitely more his style than mine (which is all black everything) so I'll be passing it on to him but not before admiring its quality. It's really lightweight and you can tell it was made with care. It uses 100% Turkish cotton and 10% of the profits go to save marine life. It's quite a large towel at 38 x 64 inches so it's great for picnics on grassy knolls and the beach alike. Pittsburgh doesn't offer much in the way of beaches, but we do have some beautiful parks that this could be utilized at!
Plus- they've included a coupon for 40% off at the Sand Cloud store! That's pretty incredible as far as coupons go!
Hum Nutrition Beauty Zzzz, 30 ct - Retail Value $10.00
I was interested to give this a go but after just one night of trying it, remembered that melatonin doesn't do it for me. I ended up feeling a little restless somehow after taking this which has happened to me in the past. In addition to the melatonin, this supplement has B6 (which they site as helpful for normal sleep patterns) and Calcium. It didn't work out for me, but I'm a pretty good sleeper on my own so I'll pass this to a friend who isn't so lucky.
KREAFUNK aGo Speaker in Dusty Pink - Retail Value $48.00
Portable Bluetooth speakers have come a long way in the last few years. This one is only 3.25 inches in diameter but provides a pretty balanced sound and is worlds better than the laptop I work on. The bass is reasonably good for its size so it's not too treble-y and doesn't sound like a tin can. It's the size of a hockey puck and this particular one comes in a nice dusty pink color with metallic pink grill. There's also a brown leather loop so you can carry it around or hang it from somewhere with ease. It's super simple to pair with my smartphone and has a port to recharge (with accompanying cord), a single power button, and two volume buttons that are all on the side of the cute and compact speaker. My favorite place for a speaker like this is in the bathroom so that I can rock out while I shower, but it's a great companion for a small get together outside in the backyard where you may want some background music or in a room where you may not want a full stereo set up (like your office).
Calpak Power Luggage Tag in Shimmer Pink - Retail Value $32.00
The last item included is essential for anyone traveling in this day and age. I happen to have a power pack built into my suitcase, but that one is quite heavy to carry around while wandering somewhere like NYC, so this luggage tag with a removable battery pack is perfect. It's lightweight but won't take up any coveted space in your suitcase since it hides within a metallic pink faux leather tag that will dangle from the handle. It comes with a cord to charge it but what's impressive to me is that it comes with an adapter so I can use the same cord to plug it into my iPhone when it's needed. I haven't had the chance to test this out when my phone is practically dead without a charging cord in sight, but I like having a lightweight backup I can toss in my back when that problem arises!
Verdict: Once again, Sunday Riley has impressed me with their curation for the Travel Edition. While I think that some of the items are a little commonplace in lifestyle subscription boxes, they chose brands that are high quality which is really important. They hit a myriad of different key travel items but many can be used in town as well. I'm probably the most geeked on the pillow since I loooove memory foam so I can't wait to bring it along on my next trip and the brush has been a revelation for me. They did great with the Sunday Riley products as well in my opinion and I'm happy I got a full-size item! While they value this total box at $385, I got something a little closer to $377.99 (which is w/o the value of the Sunday Riley Pouch and Ceramic Slip samples) which is still pretty amazing if you ask me.
