I’ve been waiting on my July crate from 2019 since July of 2019. I finally reached out again (4th time) and was told that they’ll FINALLY be shipping it this month (January 2020)…but we’ll see if they stick to that.

I remember back when they were first starting out shipping was prompt and fast with no back order issues. Ive been a member on and off since 2013 or so and there was never issues…what happened to them? Do they not care about customer satisfaction anymore? Are they really that overwhelmed/understaffed?

I paid for a year, in December 2018. I have not received April,May,June and now its July. I get zero response from company. At this point I think they are just scamming ppl to pay past debts.

Its February 2020 and I just got my July tshirt. At least they are starting to send last year’s???

Hopefully I get my July soon.. and all the rest. They also auto renewed my subscription for a year, and it took me a month to get them to refund me. So crazy, they still owe me six months of the previous sub.

I’m still waiting for April and May for both loot tee and loot wear. Now June not ship until July (at earliest). I really don’t think it right to continue to promote something that’s already three months late in shipping. At least it’s called out.

I paid for 6 month’s and only got 4 months for Loot For Her. I got my first one in January and it was December’s. They haven’t gotten April or May.
