Paper Source Subscription Box Fall 2019 – FULL SPOILERS!

Love the curation of the boxes BUT agree with posters who mention that the boxes are not even close to the $200 in value advertised/promised. The fall box is worth about $130 retail.

This matters a lot because it tells us Paper Source is okay with being an unethical company, and with us knowing they are unethical. Why would they undermine the goodwill they have with customers who love their brand by blatantly lying? They should have said each box has a $100 or more value and then we might feel good instead of disappointed about the brand. I feel suckered by signing up for a year under false pretenses. Those who are not able to cancel should contact the Better Business Bureau as it is a contract that was made under false pretenses.

Paper Source needs to correct this and apologize to customers.

Customer service was unpleasant and unhelpful and has not responded to further inquiries. I can’t view my subscription because when you sign up unless you already have an account, your subscription will not show up in your new account. The window for unsubscribing is very small and when I asked them what the exact dates are for me to cancel they didn’t respond. I also asked them about their last box not being the $200 value as promised – also no response. They said they weren’t able to correct my not being able to see my order in my account, so I asked them if they couldn’t cancel the first order and then order it in my account so that it would be visible, they became unpleasant and said I committed to a year’s subscription and was obligated for the full year. The fall box looks even lower in value than the summer one.

This is such a cute box and the summer box was fantastic. I don’t mind the year commitment, especially since they don’t charge you for the annual.

Would totally buy this box, but just like others, a year is way to much for me financially and logically.

It looks under the $200 value again and warning their customer service is the worst.

I love love love this sub box! I know only one box has been released so far but I love everything in it! The summer box is full of fun, colorful, useful items that I adore. The spoilers for the fall box look even better. Love the paper products included!

I am so happy with the curation of this box so far. I am going to take a class at my local Paper Source with the class voucher from the first box.

I would get it in a heartbeat if it was not a year commitment.

I really wish you didn’t have to commit to a year or else I would SO subscribe. This is my exact aesthetic and I love love love everything included! I wonder if they’ll open up to more sub options because I really don’t know how many people do full year subscriptions right off the bat? Unless that’s just wishful thinking lol.

I’m in the same camp as many here. I’d LOVE to sub. But can’t commit a whole year. Sad.

Would love to buy this as a gift for my mom who loves Paper Source and colorful crafty goods. Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a year.
