Beauty Heroes is a natural beauty subscription box that focuses on quality ingredients for $58.95/mo. Each month they send you one new full-size “hero” product in the face, body, hair, or sun care category accompanied by "deluxe sidekicks." I'm never disappointed in this box and it always delights me with each delivery. They just began offering a month-to-month subscription option for those who don't want to lock into three months which was the shortest option available previously.
This box was sent to us at no cost for review. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

Beauty Heroes July 2019 Review feat. Graydon
There's a card that you can detach from the lid of the box that suggests a "DIY Ritual" on how to incorporate your new products with others. You'll also receive a booklet that introduces the featured brand (Graydon) and the products they chose to highlight.
Graydon Fullmoon Serum, 1 oz. - Retail Value $87.00
This serum is simply gorgeous to start off. I am enchanted by the light blue teal color of it and it happens to smell fantastic (hello there, my love: blue tansy). This bottle is packed with awesome ingredients like malachite, moringa, plant collagen, and caffeine, to name just a few. Moth bean is especially new to me which is a legume that is native to India and Pakistan. It has the power to boost cell renewal by stimulating natural collagen which is good news for my face. The serum itself is slightly oily but slightly sticky but not in a bad way at all. I've been putting a few drops of this on my skin after cleansing and toning at night and after a few minutes, it is completely absorbed. It doesn't feel heavy or sticky at all once it's in there and leaves a plump feeling. So far- I'm loving it. It also comes with a cute comic that folds out and goes over how to use it as well as skincare tips.
Graydon Green Cream, 1.7 oz. - Retail Value $43.00
The sidekick this month is a really unique phyto-retinol cream called Green Cream. It comes in a nice size pump and also has an intoxicating scent that is unlike anything else I've used. There's sage, broccoli, lemon, rosemary, parsley, neem, and thyme all in here so it's honestly like a wonderful salad for your skin. There's also squalane which is known to help your skin retain water which in turn can reduce wrinkles. The soft sage-green cream feels extremely luxurious when spreading on and I swear I'm becoming addicted to this scent now. It's a wonderful partner to use following the Fullmoon serum and contains the same moth bean ingredient to double up on that cell renewal. Like the hero serum, this cream also leaves my skin feeling plump, hydrated, and refreshed.
Graydon Face Glow, 0.17 oz sample - Retail Value $3.50
As an added bonus, there's a sample packet for their tinted moisturizer, Face Glow. I don't particularly love tinted products like this and it feels a bit uncharacteristically heavy for the brand. It does contain non-nano zinc oxide which may explain the heaviness since it protects the skin from UV rays and those usually weigh down a moisturizer. Alternately, it can be used as a highlighter, but I'm just not loving the coloring of this one. Glad it was a sample and not a hero this time around. 😉 I won't count this towards the overall value, although the sample costs $3.50 on their site to order.
Verdict: Beauty Heroes helped me discover two new products from Graydon that retail for a total of $130.00. I'm a fan of the Fullmoon serum, but I think the Green Cream really captured my heart in this box. The food-forward ingredients of Graydon are fascinating and I'm glad I got to try out some of their products!
