Bombay and Cedar Box May 2019 Spoiler

FYI - The July 2019 Bombay & Cedar box contained a Spa Room Shower Spray nozzle and some were defective. Be sure to email Bombay & Cedar if you received a defective item.

From Bombay & Cedar:

Hey!

If you haven't yet received your July box, please forgive us for this spoiler! We've gotten several emails about the nozzles on the Shower Sprays featured in the July Box. We reached out to the vendor and after further investigation it was confirmed they sent us some of their defective nozzles which they thought had already been replaced.

First, we want to apologize for this mishap! It is never our intention to knowingly send out defective products. Second, in order to resolve this we are asking you to please respond to this email if your Shower Spray nozzle is not working. Spa Room is in the process of sending our warehouse new (working) nozzles. Once we have them in hand, we will begin dispatching them to those of you affected.

If you guys ever receive a broken or defective product, please let us know so we can resolve it. Again, our apologies and thanks so much for being a part of the tribe!

THIS is how you handle issues…I’m not in the target market for this box, but if I were I’d have no reservations about subscribing. They consistently seem to handle things gracefully and rarely have I seen inflated RV items in this box.

Yes! I subscribe to this box and hadn’t tried my spray yet but I did and I have a defective sprayer. It’s such a refreshing change to have a company be proactive in handling issues for their customers instead of having to jump through hoops.

I know. Love their box and how they handle issues like this. I was worried it was me not knowing how to use the spray at first and I felt bad to bring it to their attention, but guess I wasn’t the only one.
For me, his box was a big win. Love everything in in and can’t 3sit to get my replacement nozzle… never have tried a shower spray! B&C and Causebox have replaced my FFF!
