In brief, they’re doing away with the actual tote that you would get each month. They are restricting the program so you still pick two items but your “surprise” items come from the inventory that you see. So basically they will be items that you could have choosen-but didn’t and you can let your stylist know which particular items you want. They say that they are going to offer more item choices per month than they do currently. Was curious to know how others felt about the changes.

You explained that perfectly! That was the email I received. Considering the “surprise” gifts I have received in the past I think this plan would be better for me. And those “totes” I always donate to a thrift store.

X-Small through Large. Guess my Extra Large bum saved some money.

I’m in the same position. I’ve eyes this sub for years. I used to be a genuine plus size (18-20) but have been an XL for a while now. All “plus” sizes are too big. I wear a 12 in bottoms so L is usually fine but a 14 in tops (38DD unfortunately) which nearly always requires XL (except with some Target brands that run majorly large) so I still can’t try this sub. I’m surprised they remain so opposed to more inclusive sizing. The last I read the average size of the American woman was 16-18 up from 14-16 previously.

Golden Tote’s sizing is more in line with junior sizing so I imagine there’s alot of women who can’t wear their clothes. They are really shutting out a huge potential customer base by being so rigid with their sizes.

Kind of surprised there’s been no update on the gigantic Golden Tote re-structure…aka the reason for the mystery tote

I was surprised that this website hasn’t updated to reflect this either but maybe they figured those who buy these totes already know and for everyone else they don’t need to know. Just a guess.

I sent msa an email about it but they haven’t posted anything
