I've been on a keto diet for almost a year under my doctor's supervision and I’ve lost 50 lbs! I’ve been maintaining my weight loss, but my goal is to lose more. Last month, I got back on track and started working toward my next goal! This box helps provide healthy and delicious keto snacks that I can have on hand when the cravings and hunger hits.

Nui Chocolate Chip Cookie, 56g – Listed Retail Value $3.99 (Buy a pack of 4 here for $14.95)
Fat 23g | Net Carbs 4g | Taste Score: 5/10
Nui cookies look delicious and are low carb and gluten-free. They’re made with almond and coconut flours, sweetened with erythritol, and loaded with high-quality fats from grass-fed butter and MCT oil.
I really wanted to love these cookies! They look great, are not too soft or too crunchy, and they’re loaded with chocolate chips. Unfortunately, these cookies contain erythritol which always leaves a cooling minty taste in my mouth. I dislike the feeling and it distracts from the taste of the cookie itself.
Chomps Original Beef Stick, 1.15oz – Listed Retail Value $2.49 (Buy a pack of 10 here for $22.50)
Fat 6g | Net Carbs 0g | Taste Score: 8/10
This grass-fed beef jerky is free of antibiotics, hormones, nitrates, and nitrites. It's slightly smoky, spicy, and fits into any diet. It's keto, paleo, and Whole30 approved.
It tastes good! The flavor is mild – not too bland or too spicy. I love the pop of the casing when I bite into the stick. The only thing I didn't like is that that it left a slightly greasy film on my tongue. I'd love to try this stick again in one of the bolder flavors.
Primal Noms Chocolate Mug Cake, 1.7oz – Listed Retail Value $4.00 (Buy a pack of 5 here for $17.99, originally $20.00)
Fat 38g | Net Carbs 4g | Taste Score: 9/10
Just add 2 tbsp of butter and an egg to this pre-mix for a decadent, moist and tender keto-friendly chocolate cake. This cake is made with almond and coconut flour and sweetened with allulose, stevia, and monk fruit extracts.
It was easy to mix the pre-mix with the egg and melted butter. We microwaved the cake for 1 and a half minutes and let it cool. The cake came out fully cooked, moist and delicious. It was sweet but not overwhelming so. The only thing that would have made it even better would have been a light drizzle of chocolate syrup.
Iota Umami Sunflower Seeds - Tamari + Apple Cider Vinegar, 2.5oz – Listed Retail Value $3.89 (Buy a case of 6 here for $23.34)
Fat 15g | Net Carbs 3g | Taste Score: 9/10
These sunflower seeds are hand-roasted in small batches and flavored with rich tamari and a tang of apple cider vinegar. This is a healthy snack that is nutrient- and protein-dense.
Delicious! These are light, crunchy, fresh and super satisfying. I love that they are unshelled. That also means that it's super easy to overeat these seeds. The bag contains 2.5 servings! My only critique is that the flavor is barely there. I expected the flavor to be much more bold, tangy and a little salty.
Bunker Hill Cheese Cheddar Cheese Crisps, 2oz – Listed Retail Value $4.99 (Buy a pack of 4 here for $14.99)
Fat 15g | Net Carbs 1g | Taste Score: 10/10
Made with 100% all-natural aged cheddar cheese, these high protein and low carb cheese crisps are a healthy keto-friendly snack. You can eat these yummy cheese crisps plain or add them to soups and salads.
My favorite snack thus far! These cheddar crisps are really satisfying, crunchy and just a tad bit salty. These would taste great on top of a hot cup of tomato basil soup or even a spicy chili.
Tiny Toad Creations Sweet Cheat Chocolate Milk, 4.23oz – Listed Retail Value $10.00 (Buy a 5.29oz bag here for $10.95)
Fat 0g | Net Carbs 0g | Taste Score: 9/10
Just mix with your favorite milk for a chocolatey treat that both kids and parents will enjoy. This chocolate milk mix is made with no added sugar and natural ingredients and is sweetened with monk fruit. It’s diabetic safe and keto-friendly.
This chocolate milk is geared towards kids so I enlisted my little ones to help! The recipe calls for 1 cup of milk and 2 tsp of chocolate. It was a little difficult to get the powder fully mixed into the milk but it was worth the effort! The chocolate milk tastes great! The kids loved it and didn't miss the sugar.
Fat Fit Go Chocolate Nut Butter, 1oz – Listed Retail Value $2.29 (Buy a pack of 10 here for $24.98)
Fat 17g | Net Carbs 1g | Taste Score: 9/10
Fat Fit Go makes satisfying packs of fat-filled nut butter great for those that are active and on the go. These are an excellent substitute for those unhealthy sugar-filled energy packets.
A few months ago, I discovered performance nut butters and I've been hooked since! My favorite contains macadamia nuts like this Fat Fit Go flavor does. But this one also contains almonds, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. I wish the texture was a bit thicker but otherwise, it's great and tastes delicious.
Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper, 0.875oz – Listed Retail Value $1.50 (Buy a case of 6-2oz bags here for $16.50)
Fat 8g | Net Carbs 1g | Taste Score: 10/10
Pork rinds are a keto staple! Crunchy, zero carbs and full of protein. These are made in small batches and flavored with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
These are some of the best pork rinds I’ve tasted. They managed not to be too hard or too dry like most rinds. They're perfectly seasoned, light, crunchy and so good!
Gra-POW! By Keto Baking Co Snickerdoodle Granola, 2oz – Listed Retail Value $3.49 (Buy 10oz bag here for $12.99)
Fat 13g | Net Carbs 2g | Taste Score: 4/10
This snickerdoodle cookie inspired grain-free granola is flavored with cinnamon and clove. Eat on its own or like cereal in your favorite milk.
This was my least favorite snack in this month’s box. I don’t do well with the texture of coconut and like the Nui cookie, this granola contains erythritol and that cool minty taste. It does look and smell delicious and would probably be great for anyone without these aversions.
Shrewd Food Baked Cheddar Crisps, 0.74oz – Listed Retail Value $2.79 (Buy a case of 8 here for $14.24)
Fat 3g | Net Carbs 2g | Taste Score: 7/10
These low carb, low calorie, and high protein baked cheese puffs have a rich cheddar flavor and a nice crunch. They're made with real cheese and no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.
These cheese puffs are good. They’re not as light and fluffy as I expected them to be but they're filling and delicious. Even the kids like them!
The Verdict: On the keto diet, one of my biggest challenges is finding healthy and keto-friendly snacks to hold me over in between meals. This box is a great box for discovering new snack options that are aligned with my healthy diet goal!
Of the snacks in this month’s box, my favorites were the pork rinds, Bunker Hill cheese crisps, and the mug cake! I didn't think it was possible to have a great tasting cake that's keto-friendly! Pork rinds and cheese crisps are keto staples and the two brands included in this month's box were fantastic! The only items that missed the mark for were those that contain a high amount of erythritol.
Overall, I really enjoyed this snack box and appreciate the variety of snack options from sweet and salty to savory. Of the 10 items in the month’s box, I’d buy 7 of them again! I hope next month’s box is as good as this one!
