The Fall 2019 GQ Best Stuff Box is available now for pre-order and we have the FULL spoilers!

Our latest box brings you style upgrades without relying on the same old ingredients. We picked up a few sharp finds that weren’t too stuffy—like bright-color dress socks and outfit-making white sneakers. We tossed in a fresh crop of grooming products fancier than what you’ll find at the local pharmacy. Then we topped it off with a luxe cologne to keep you smelling as sharp as you look. Put it all together and you’re kicking off the season right. —The Editors of GQ

When I got this box the shoe card had no code on it. I called to report the problem and was told some cards went out without codes. I was told I would have to talk to a certain department for a resolution. I did, but they are seriously slow rolling me and I’m starting to feel like I’ll never get a code. I had to send in a photo of the card and everything.

hubby ordered it, took forever to get delivered. it’s nothing but a glorified Birchbox. Not worth the money

Holy cow! Leather sneakers in a $50 box?! I’m impressed.

One pair of socks tho! And Apparently there’s like only 3 sizes available for the shoes. I
lll stick to my Ouiplease homme box, for a little more I get 3 Pairs, shoes and a bunch of other stuff.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but I feel like big name brands doing boxes doesn’t cut it. Stick to style and magazines and don’t sell me stuff you got for free for $50.

Just wanted to chime in on the shoes since I just got my GQ box the other day–you get a card with a code on it that directs you to gq.com/newrepublic to redeem. They’ve got a full size run from 7.5 all the way up to 14 (only medium width available). I’m guessing if you go to New Republic’s website, you’re probably not getting an accurate picture of what sizes they have available. The card in my box says they’ll start shipping the shoes on 10/20/19 so I’m betting they’re stocking up to fulfill all the incoming orders.

Hope this helps regarding the shoe sizes:

The White New Republic Kurt Leather sneakers will be redeemable on New Republic’s site in October when the Fall box ships. They will be available across all sizes and will be redeemable using the insert card in GQs box until 02/15/2020 (taxes and shipping included in card value).

Anna

Can you reach out to GQ & ask when the shoe voucher needs to be redeemed ? The New Republic site only has 4 sizes in stock a 7, 7.5, 11.5 & 12.5 . I would only want to order if the recipient can pick the correct size.

Hester

It looks like more sizes are available now.

Cindy

No they will not guarantee anything. You just have to order whatever size is available.

Cindy

No you will have to just order whatever size they have. Ga can’t control size stock issues.

I’ll reach out!

I did reach out and got the following response about the sizes.

Dear Subscriber:

Thank you for contacting GQ Best Stuff Box.

We do show that the Fall GQ Best Stuff Box will include an insert card to redeem for the sneakers.

Unfortunately, we are unable to advise of what sizes will be available for order.

If we can be of further assistance, please let us know. To ensure your future concerns are handled in a timely fashion, please include all previous e-mail correspondence.

I’m also wondering about size choice. It looks like I have to pay for it before I can even choose the size or see what sizes are available. I don’t see any kind of selection before payment.

Good question, Anna!

Thanks Marion & Liz.

I think my son would like this box but the shoes need to be available for order in more than four sizesz

Toni Marie

Is this box for men or women?

If I remember correctly, “GQ”, as in the magazine, used to be called “Gentlemen’s Quarterly” and it’s geared to a male audience. However, I wouldn’t mind borrowing (ok, stealing) a few things if I get my hubby this box. 😏

I think the magazine’s name also added the term “GQ” to the lexicon as it commonly refers to a stylish, sleek or modern-looking man.

Cindy

Ummm GQ is for men. Obviously.

Kelly

The sarcasm was uncalled for. You could’ve ignored her question and kept scrolling.

bunnygirlbrem

Obviously not everyone knows what GQ is. I don’t think the word “gentlemen’s” was said at all, so her question was valid.

amber

GQ is a men’s magazine, and the items in the box are from brands that targeted to men.
