Shades Club is a sunglasses subscription that sends a new surprise style every month. Your first pair comes with a fold-up case to protect your sunglasses (check that here) and each month you'll get a soft pouch/lens cleaning cloth to prevent scratches. I don't always love the sunglasses I get each month because I'm picky, but this is a subscription that people who love variety will probably like.

Sometimes you'll get an info card that introduces the featured style of the month. For August, it's the Jetsetter, which is an aviator. The front of the card has a sunny beachy photo while the back simply has the name of the style with a photo of a stocked suitcase.
Inside the shipping box, there's a lighter weight box where your new sunnies live.
The sunglasses always come in a branded cloth pouch that doubles as a lens cloth with drawstring closure. The design will vary each month but his time it has some yellow accents.

Aviators. Oof. Folks, I have been striking out lately. Aviators are not my style in the least. I feel like I've said this before. Liz, however, would love these. I am just a round sunnies type of gal. These aviators come in many different colors but the ones I received have gold metal frames with a minty blue mirrored lenses. The arms have classic brown tortoise ends that are branded on one side. They're really lightweight which is great for summer. There are clear nose nubbins to keep these babies elevated and away from your face a bit which also feels freeing.
Here they are on, and I just can't get into them.
Verdict: I have been striking out with Shades Club as a highly picky person, but there is still excitement each time I get my new pair. Here's hoping I get some roundies next month!
