That’s great and all but why are the employees so stingy in the store? Sure, I know that sometimes if you ask to sample something they will oblige… however, I used to enjoy receiving a few samples thrown into my bag after making a purchase. 🤷🏻♀️ At the very least maybe for Rouge members dropping over a $100!

That’s interesting you say that, because I don’t make many visits to Sephora anymore, but I noticed the last two times I went they loaded me up with samples (like more than 5) at the register and one time even gave me two sets of everything because my mom was with me…. and these were at two different store locations. Prior to that, I read they were supposed to offer you something at the register, but for me it was a blue moon if they’d even just throw in one sample at the register, so I assumed it was some new store-wide policy change they implemented where they started offering samples at the register on a regular basis, but I guess not.

I hardly ever get samples at the register, and I’m a rouge. Last time I shopped there a few weeks ago I noticed they threw in two identical samples. I was surprised to get anything at all.
