I just got into the tea, largely because of your review. You’re right – the Turmeric Spice is great! Thanks for giving me the push I needed to try this.

I unboxed my SOMA bottle and, yep, it came cracked. 😭 I was so excited for it, too. I emailed customer service and hopefully they’ll replace it. Such a disappointment.

Liz, the promo code (MSA20) isn’t working, it says “please input a valid coupon.” Not sure what’s going on with that, but I’d like to sign up with it.

Does anyone have a phone # for PSMH customer service? Got my box this weekend but it only had the purse, popcorn, and tea. Everything else was missing. I emailed them yesterday but couldn’t find a number to speak to an actual person. Has anybody else had a similar situation? How is their CS?

I debated between the putty purse and stone purse; I chose the putty and wish I hadn’t – the color is gross! My ring is poor quality with a large black mark on the stone. I was surprisingly disappointed / underwhelmed. My Rachel Zoe box arrived the following day and was well more than twice as nice. I wish any one subscription box was consistently good – I feel as though as soon as I think I’ve found one I really like, the next installment is blah.

I liked this box a lot! The ring is prettier in person. I do wish the purse was a bit bigger, but it’s well made. I got the stone color, and it’s a lovely color (glad I didn’t choose the putty!) The lipstick is luxuriously packaged; I got walk of shame. I love coffee and tea so the glass tumbler and the turmeric teas are knocks out of the park for me. I am not a fan of pumpkin spice or powdered drinks, so those will be given to someone else, but they’re so low value I don’t care. The mask will be up for swap as I am not a mask person.

Also–does anyone want the Vanity Fair coupon? They don’t sell bras in my size, so whoever responds first will get the code!

The bag isnt really small for me, but the ring is huge for me. lol I had to cross those stones to make it fit to my index finger. It is still very pretty but loose.

I can share my vanity fair code with anyone who wants. My bra size is 30D and I dont think they carry my size. Too bad, but i dont want to waste it either.

I got the brown/sand one. It doesn’t look the picture but if you want to swap your grey let me know.

I haven’t seen anyone comment on the stone that is in the ring. On the website and in the description it says it will be a dark blue stone and that’s what they show. While I like the ring, my stone is definitely not a dark blue color, but actually looks like turquoise. I saw the photo that Liz posted and hers does not look dark blue either. However hers does not look turquoise like the one I got.

Is anyone else having a problem using their Vanity Fair code? Mine doesn’t seem to work.

The bag is tiny and I am very petite and I still find it too small. I look like I am carrying a child’s crossbody And I am 5 feet lb and weigh under 100 lb.

I love the ring and Charlotte Tillbury is my new favorite lipstick brand. I got Walk of Shame and it is simply gorgeous.

I have to many masks as it is.

So all in all it was a letdown and I cancelled my subscription.

I just received my box today and I am SO in LOVE with everything! I got the bag in the putty color and I have no idea why some people are saying it’s not the same color as Liz’s photos. I even went and took a pic of it in natural light (outside) and compared it to the MSA pics and it’s definitely the same bag as Liz is modeling against her black blouse. Additionally, didn’t the people who are complaining about the size see the scale on here when it was literally being worn by Liz??? It is obviously not very big. However, it does fit my iPhone, card case, keys and lipstick which is all a girl really needs for a night on the town. It is also way better quality than the cheap “leather” purse I received from my Fall BOS that I will never use. Everything in this box was amazing – and I loved it all! Well done Popsugar!

I received mine today – putty bag, gold ring, Pillow talk lippie. Overall, I’m happy, especially since it was $55 with the coupon. My favorites are the ring (my stone is a pale turquose and I love that it’s more delicate than expected as I can’t wear super chunky rings) and the lipstick, which is a perfect pinky nude on me. The bag is a little stiff and cooler toned than I expected, but I will use it. It’s a tiny crossbody, for sure, like big enough for your keys, a card case, a lipstick and a compact, but I was expecting a small bag. I’ll use the cold brew bottle and charcoal mask. Not too thrilled with the tea but I’ll give it a whirl.

So, sadly, I am not receiving this box, after being able to customize. Kinda bummed, but hopeful the winter box doesn’t completely suck for me. And if it does, to the swaps I go!

I’m with the group that’s disappointed with this box.
– Stone purse, I love the color, but it’s ridiculously small. It will be the rare occasion that I’ll be able to use it, which stinks, because other than the size, it’s a very attractive bag.
– Love the ring (silver); I have small fingers, it fits perfectly, and is so pretty.
– The lipstick (Pillow Talk) is OK, but I thought it would have a little more pink/mauve tint to it. I’ll use it, but it’s basically the same color as my lips. (I can’t wear any shade of red, so Walk of Shame wasn’t an option for me). But at least I get to try an expensive Charlotte Tilbury lipstick.
– None of the other items are exciting at all to me. I’ll eventually use the brew bottle/teas and the mask, but they seem like dull choices. And it feels like there should be one or two more substantial items.
– Last Fall’s box was so much better, IMO.

Do they ship via mule wagon? I got a shipping notice on 9/3 and it’s not scheduled to be here until 9/13. That’s for NY to WI.

Has anyone gotten their box with the Dapple colored bag yet?
I’m wondering what color it is- black, dark blue, dark gray?

I love my box. First when I opened it I wasn’t so sure but then when I started unpacking everything I really feel I got my money’s worth and then some. The purse I used today to run errands and go out with the family & I totally loved it. Roomy enough for my keys, wallet and Iphone and then some space left over. I love for some quirky reason that it’s handmade and from Great Britain. The ring I loved loved loved. The liptstick too and I have a birthday for a co-worker I was going to use it for and now I am not sure because the gold case and shade are lovely. The cold brew I was on the fence since my Keurig does cold brew which I use for my commute but then I”think” I can use it as for hot coffee too ? I was thinking I could use it in the office. The rest of the items are ok but I can find a use or re-gift. So far I think I will keep this box and look forward to the Winter box but for the full price I want to make sure I love the main item before renewing. So likely will cancel until I can be sure or if another coupon comes out for Winter.

I’m hoping it will ship this week. Why can’t they ship all within a few days? Just curious on the process – does not seem efficient.

I got my box. The bag and the ring go to my 13-year-old daughter, because I don’t wear crossbodies and this one is too small, anyway (it is lovely, though). Costume jewelry is not my style. The lipstick will be sold as I have enough of them in every shade I need. All the rest is so-so: both the bottle and the teas will be gifted as I don’t need a brew bottle on-the-go and I am not a fan of turmeric, ginger and black pepper. I will use the mask. Eventually. I don’t wear bras. I don’t believe consuming collagen does anything to your skin, hair or nails.

I agree that this box feels lighter and the sponsored items are boring and of no value to me personally.

Just got my box and they didn’t send me any of the choices I requested. The bag, ring, and lipstick are all different from what I requested.

Did this happen to anyone else? I wonder if they will help with this….I’ve heard their customer service isn’t super helpful but maybe that has changed?

I was so excited to get this box yesterday, but as I pulled it out of the mail locker, I heard sounds of powdered glass and shards, despite the fact that the package was in pristine condition.

Sure enough, my cold brew glass was shattered. The entire bottom third is gone, leaving razor sharp jagged edges.

I emailed customer service to request a replacement, but I haven’t heard back yet. Does anyone know if they will send replacements for items that arrive broken? I would have liked to have tried this brewer. I love my other items and hope I will get a chance to love the brew glass, too.
