Just a warning….I never received 4.5. Was told I received a refund, which I did not. I’m now dealing with a PayPal claim. I wanted to love this box. Be cautious, things have not changed since previous customer service issues. All I asked for was the box to be shipped or a refund. Still have not received either.

Consumer beware!
I received a damaged 1951, sent a picture that showed obvious damage and received this response from Ashley

I have forwarded your image to my team for review and have notified me since the clutch passed 1951 Maison Francaise’s quality check, we are unable to replace the clutch.
We are very sorry about the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.
The 1951 Maison Française clutches are made from high quality, natural leather. Because it is not a synthetic material produced in a lab or factory, minor variations and imperfections are to be expected. We are happy to replace unwearable or nonfunctioning items, such as stains or broken zippers. As the “damage” in the photo you sent appears to be a pinprick size hole and the clutch met 1951 Maison Française’s quality standards, we have determined that this is not the case with your bag. I’m happy to send you an additional La Marinière item valued at over $100 to compensate for the inconvenience. I will follow-up with you via email.

Has everyone received their last box? I got a shipping notification October 8. My box still has not shipped. I sent an email a week or so ago and never heard back. I just commented on one of their Instagram posts and they asked for a DM with my name. I sent that and still have not received a response. This is really upsetting especially since it seems most of not all have received their boxes. I understand things happen, but keep in touch with people. I don’t think that’s asking a lot.

I still have not received my box in spite of a shipping notice about a month ago.

I wish they did a 3 month subscription and I may of jumped on as a Birthday gift to me but nope. I even emailed them and they said it’s one box or 6 months but I could cancel anytime. They also said that there will be a deal for Black Friday and if I could wait. I really don’t need anymore subscriptions but I can’t help it.
Side Note: I love MSA year round but it’s so much fun for Black Friday and all the deals. I do hope if there are any giveaways that instead of one reader getting 20 boxes, I do hope it’s split up so more people can win and make their holidays. It’s probably alot more work but that is just my opinion.

Last Nov., the deal was 45% off items from the store, and also subscriptions. They repeated the offer this past May.
