Tribe Beauty Box October 2019 FULL SPOILERS

Is there a spoiler out yet?!

I have that same cleansing pad but mine is gray and from dermalogica, and I use it daily! I love that little thing lol

So I just received my VERY FIRST box from them and the Left eyelash in the package was completely missing. I emailed them with photos and my response was basically we will see what we can do for your next box. Like WHAT?! You can’t just replace them? Then they blamed it on shipping but the lash box did not have any loose lashes broken off in the box, so it was definitely a manufacturing defect. The feeling I got from that is lack of accountability and no real concern for pleasing the customer.

This dont look TOO bad. I’m over primers and dont use them, and when I do, I’ve already had my ones that work for me….so I wish they would stop sending primers every other month.

I do like lashes , and wish they were a bit fluffier, but I’m trying to learn how to put them on, and I ruin sooooo many pairs trying to get them lined up right that I dont get to wear them because I get one okay, but the 2nd is hardest and I have to reglue like 8 times before I get it lined up on my lid, so by that time the 2nd one is all funky and gunky and I cant wear the, out looking like that…so I’ve ruined more then I’ve ever been able to wear. So I’m ok with that.

I dont like wander beauty ANYTHING. I’ve tried primers, masks, bullet lipsticks etc and they are all junk.

Wish it would have been a bit better for the price, I’m only using the pallette and eyelashes….not even sure if the yellow pads clean brushes or what….I use a Clarasonic for my face

And I would of rather had a mustache cream ANY day over a wax strip..that would have made it worth while….but this box is always kinda mismatched like this and compared to other boxes, seems like a better value would have been to just buy the suva pallette and a drug store lash and not have other stuff to take up space.

Another thing, it seems like the majority of this stuff dont come in boxes or packaging…..and that sucks because its hard to regift to someone without packaging on it. I wish places would think about things like that.

If they dont come out with a magical first spoiler next month, I think I will cancel for a while, and save the money to spend on other for Christmas. If the spoiler is amazing then I’ll stay.

I ordered the box and apparently screwed up on the palette pick which you do BEFORE you pay…. I contacted them less than 3 minutes later and was told ” check your confirmation email”. That email came within minutes too. I immediatley replied with the situation, explained I screwed up and that I only subbed for the one suva palette and would without a dopubt get zero use out of the box without that. Haven’t heard back until minutes ago, at 4:53 am EST I got a shipping confirmation withg the wrong palette showing.

I absolutely understand I made a mistake BUT I contacted them within a totally reasonable time frame in my opinion.

Anyone have any issues with this box? For me customer service is extremely important and if they disregard what I wrote them and chalk it up to tough noogies I am gonna be livid. lol I may be spoiled by places like Beauty Heroes that have impeccable customer service.

I swear, shoulda just bought the darn palette i wanted and been done with it. lol

The final two items arent too exciting. They definitely took this box down a couple notches. I was hoping for a Halloween color nail polish, or something other than eyelashes for the Halloween item. I’m a bit disappointed in that this was a very promising box up to these items. I committed to one more box; however, I don’t believe I’ll continue past two.
