Has anybody ordered from the OP shop (not a subscription, I mean, but merchandise)? I placed an order ten days ago and have not heard anything about shipping. I’ll follow up with Ashley this week but was wondering if anybody else has experienced this.

The one and only time I placed an order with the shop, it never shipped. I was repeatedly promised by OP that it would, but it never did…I had to file a chargeback with my credit card to get my money refunded. This was a few years ago so hopefully they’ve gotten things a bit better organized…but organization and communication don’t seem to be their strong points.

I’m going through a chargeback right now because they didn’t ship my box, such a shame they’ve been doing this for years and still haven’t improved.

Martha

Don’t waste your time and money on this company, too many shipping delays and poor customer service.

Bonjour Frankie! If you have any questions about your order, feel free to contact me directly at [email protected] for an update! Looking forward to hearing from you!

That’s Funny I ordered and paid about eight weeks ago and I’m still waiting and they told me it will go out after the first week of December after I emailed. Frustrated even though I’m a long-term subscriber…… The only advice I can give after about five years with this company is that eventually you always get your stuff, and you should never be on a time frame, and just when you think it’s been longer than long they find a way to drag it out even longer before you get your item.

Taren, is the eight-week delay related to an item you purchased from the shop?! That’s inexcusable. I will definitely email CS tomorrow.

Christy

Liz, (or anyone!) can you purchase the 40% off gift cards and then, in a separate transaction, buy the yearlong sub with the 40% off gift cards? I tried to call CS but they’re closed.

Taren

That’s not the intent of the special. The 40% off discount alone makes the annual sub break down to $65 a box, when normally it’s $150 for a single box without subscribing. That’s an amazing value for what you get! Is that really still not enough for you?

AH

I agree! Stacking 40% on top of 40% would put them out of business. I’ve never known any company that will let you purchase gift cards at a discount…understandably so.

Lbb

The OUIBF40 code does not work on gift cards. You can try it out in the promo code section after you add it to your bag and before you check out to see for yourself. Would have been great if it worked though.

PudgeKat

Why not just apply the promo code for the annual sub and save 40%?

Reply ButtonReply

Christy

Because if you buy gift cards at 40% off and apply them toward the subscription at 40% off, then you’re stacking the 40% discount. You get it twice.

Stephanie

Because if she does it that way she’s getting 40% on top of 40% off. Kind of devious imo.

Danielle

I REALLY want this but I have never risked purchasing an entire year of any of the MANY subscriptions I’ve subscribed to over the years other than Margot Elena and FFF. I had no regrets with Margot Elena though it was not worth it for me to renew without a coupon. FFF was a mixed bag because some months I liked so few items but the add-ons and edit sales usually made up for it. I didn’t renew it last time and while it has been a little tempting they still only have 2-3 items I like per box and typically nothing I need or get excited about.

I’ve been eyeing this sub for years. At first it wasn’t tempting at all because of the nightmarish customer service issues, especially when people were not receiving the items they were promised. Most of that seems resolved now and typically I like 75% of what’s in their boxes and I usually actually love at least one or two. Especially the Les Nereides jewelry that’s so expensive on its own. And I love that they offer so much customization.
But over $420 at once…yikes. It’s absolutely an amazing deal per box—well worth it. I’ve just never paid this much up front for a subscription for budgetary reasons and more importantly I’ve seen quite a few box companies suddenly go under without refunding customers the remainder of their prepaid subscription. Oh what to do what to do…

I wonder how long I have to decide before the 40% promo ends. Also part of me is wondering if there’s a possibility that the rumored 45% will still appear. Maybe for Cyber Monday? It’s not a huge difference but it would probably get me off the fence.

Either way I will have to unsubscribe from a couple other boxes to offset the cost of adding this one. The good thing is this one’s a pretty good mix and includes skincare which is my usual sub box obsession. I’ve almost convinced myself but I keep thinking about how much I’ve already spent mainly on myself with all the BF sales. I exercised less self control than usual so I’d cut myself off until I read this post….🙀😍🤩😳🤦‍♀️😈😥😫🙇‍♀️….

I feel you!! I had the annual subscription in my cart with the 45% code from the other day but waited to long and the code wouldn’t work anymore. While 40% is great, I’m waiting for the 45% to come back to take the plunge.

I feel the exact way you do about being on the fence. I’ve decided to wait for cyber Monday and see if there is a better deal. If so, I’ll take it as a sign to go for it. If there’s not a better deal and I’ve missed out on this one, I’ll take it as a sign that I didn’t need this one. 😂🤣 so there you have my mental gymnastics with this one! I think the 4.6 box looks A-MAZ-ING and I really want it! ❤️😍

Bonjour Joy! We have an awesome Cyber Monday deal going on right now and we hope you consider subscribing to us! If you have any questions at all, feel free to email me directly at [email protected]!

Danielle

Thanks, Joy! That’s a fantastic idea and I’m going to follow suit. Another factor is the bracelet selection. If you use the link on here to customize there are maybe six different bracelets. Or a number close to that. Anyway, I really want the blue flower one. But when I was looking at their website today it appeared as if there are only three to choose from, none being the blue flower. I emailed Ashley for clarification but haven’t heard back. Since it’s the weekend I don’t know if I’ll get a response until Monday. There’s still one (the acorn) I like if there are indeed only those three I saw, so if they go to 45 or the 40% is still good Monday I guess I’ll go ahead and pull the trigger. Otherwise it will be another year because I really can’t justify the extra unnecessary expense—more like splurge if I’m being completely honest—-without the major discount. I may have to just stay off my phone tomorrow so I can give my wallet a break. There are so many amazing deals coming at me from every angle and my willpower is the weakest it’s ever been. Perhaps it’s time to replace all this retail therapy with real therapy! 🤔 😊

Totally in the same boat.

I got mine for cheaper by picking free shipping instead of flat rate- came out to $65/box. This is my favorite box despite having to wait for it 🙂

Reply ButtonReply

Pam

I think the top flat rate option with no amount attached to it means free shipping also. Can anyone confirm this?

Reply ButtonReply

Joy

The flat rate and free shipping are both free. I also paid $65/box but it’s because I was not charged sales tax, unlike the example above.
