I got my box. The free gift was not included. They didn’t substitute the $10 credit either. The correct code displays in my account. I’m really regretting this purchase

I had the same thing happen to me. I emailed PS and I received the gift a few days later. Definitely contact them.

What is going on with boxes right now? Who would’ve thought that Box of Style would be the shining star simply because it actually arrived before Christmas (ordered during Better than Black Friday sale). I ordered PSMH at the same time (Nov. 26) and my FedEx tracking shows it won’t be delivered until December 27 (despite receiving tracking info on Dec 10). It took a week to get from “shipment info sent to FedEx” (Dec 10) to “departed FedEx location” (Dec 17) and now it’s going to take another 10 days to get to me. I get it that packages move slowly during the holidays but this is exceptionally slow. It was meant to be a gift so it’s just a bit of a headache right now. Sigh…in the scheme of things it’s not a huge deal but I definitely expected more from PSMH.

Does anyone know when the boxes ordered from this promotion are going to be shipped? I am hoping to have them in time for Christmas.

Thank you for the deal and I bit the bullet after thinking overnight. Lots of items can be used for holiday gifts. I choose earrings because I don’t have anything like it and I have received quite a few gold necklaces from sub boxes recently.

Question – I was a quarterly subscriber and cancelled after the Fall box. Does this deal apply to me (return subscriber), or only to new, first-time subscribers? Thanks!

technically you would be a new subscriber since cancelled – you could ask PSMH but they may not respond in time to do deal

IMHO, this *tiny* discount isn’t worth the “Better than Black Friday” label. Like others, I was expecting at least 50% discount. I’ll pass on this deal and their upcoming special edition boxes.

After re-reading my comment, I feel it could use some clarification. I meant this “BTBF” discount for me—a non-subscriber who is not interested in the winter box or the free gift—is tiny because it’s just $5 more than the MSA’s $20 discount for new PSMH subscribers. Hardly Black-Friday worthy. I think I’ll use that $20 discount on a box I really like.

I’m very happy for those who were able to score a winter box with this sale. They usually sell out quickly this time of year.

Meh. The Apotheke diffuser in the winter box smells SUPER masculine. Very odd for a women’s box. If the rest of their stuff is like this, I’m not interested.
