I wanted to skip this month and when I went to my account, it said this order contains a product that is no longer available. The manage subscription link would not take me to where it usually does- so I emailed customer support and he replied back saying he went ahead and skipped this month for me, and they’d see me in December. The next day I got an email that my order had shipped and I was charged for this month. Super annoying.

The exact same thing happend to me!! i know i cancelled this month but now they have changed the website to where you cant see it or do that anymore and i am super mad!! they charged my account and i know i skipped this month, so they lost a customer! that is the worst customer service i have ever experienced all they could say is that you did not skip and there is nothing we can do when i know for sure i did on website. All i wanted was a refund and i would send the bracelets back, they are awful anyways. i wouldnt even consider giving this as a gift! SO PURA VIDA there is something you can do about it, i work in customer service!!

I complained enough about poor customer service and not getting the moon set in September and they gave me $51 shopping credit. I guess it’s worth a bit of ruckus for that.

I don’t think I received the correct set for September 2019. It was supposed to be a moon set. I gave the set that I received to my daughter because I already have a few wave bracelets. What can I do? Are the sets still available?

I had canceled the subscription, have a copy of the email. And to my surprise they billed by credit card. I received no notification from the company; my alert was an email saying my order had shipped. There have been numerous emails back/forth but it boils down to I cannot cancel (per them) until 2020. Not Happy with this company.

Same thing happened to me this month. Looks like we’re not the only ones. I’ve been going back and forth trying to get a refund and they refuse. Horrible customer service.

I reported them to the BBB today. I would suggest the rest of you do it also. Hopefully they will take notice of their bad business practices.

How can they say you can’t cancel until 2020? I would report it to my bank or credit card company. That is what I am about to do if they don’t fix my account.

I honestly thought I had cancelled this sub so I was surprised to see notice of a charge in my inbox this morning. But after seeing the spoilers, I’m okay with receiving it. I’m really digging the nature theme and neutral colors. The set can go with most casual outfits.

Not digging this month. I think the enamel mountain charm looks cheap. Also warning if you buy more than a 3 or 6 month sub and if you skip a month they will bill you again 3 months from the date you subscribed therefore double billing. They don’t care that you skipped a month or that the subscription you pre-paid for has not been fulfilled yet.
I have been battling with them all morning and am now waiting for a response to see if they will do the right thing.
