The Products: Your choice of select clothing items every month or every other month. Items are selected according to your size, taste, and budget preferences–and you can log in 2 days before your box ships each month to add or remove items, or to skip the month entirely.
Ships to: The US and Canada for free, with free returns.
Good to Know: When your box ships, you’re billed in full for the members-only discounted price of the items in your box, up to 20% off their retail prices. If you decide not to keep any of the items, Frank And Oak will issue a refund minus the $25 styling fee for your order.
How does Frank And Oak work?
When you first sign up for this subscription, you fill out a style profile that captures your sizing preferences and your sense of style. (Choose from Casual, Classic, and Creative). You’ll also be able to set a budget for different types of clothing that could be included.
Before your box ships, you get an email inviting you to hop in and preview your order. The page that opens up shows you the items that have been selected for you. You can switch out the chosen items for others on this page if you desire. The plan includes three items, but you can choose more or less than three if you’d like. The prices are all discounted for you, so it’s a deal compared to just shopping the regular site.

The Jasper Good Cotton Oxford Shirt in Light Blue, L - Retail Price $59.50, Member Price $53.50
John already has several of this style of shirt, but this color is new to him. The Jasper is a great basic Oxford shirt with classic details like the patch pocket, button-down collar, and locker loop at the back. The 100% organic cotton fabric is responsibly grown and harvested with sustainable methods. The sleeves are a bit long but John tends to wear them rolled up or layers a jacket on top, so it's not super noticeable.

Cotton Ottoman Crewneck in Maroon, L - Retail Price $59.50, Member Price $62.50
This is such a great sweater for John! He likes the medium weight, textured fabric and the color looks great on him. The 100% cotton is machine washable and needs to be laid flat to dry. It's great to throw on with a pair of jeans and looks great with dress pants too.
The Ossington Straight Chino Pant in Iron Grey, 34x34 - Retail Price $79.50, Member Price $69.50
This is a new style of pants for John. He LOVES The Newport cut but it seems to be phasing out. Luckily, this is a similar style with a straight cut and stretchable twill fabric made of 98% cotton and 2% spandex. The dark grey is perfect for pairing with fall sweaters. As usual, he needs to have these hemmed to his length.

Good Cotton Fleece Crewneck in Vintage Grey, L - Retail Price $69.50, Member Price $62.50
I'm surprised that this simple sweatshirt looks as good as it does. John likes how comfortable it is and that it's the perfect weight to keep him warm but not stuffy. The terry fabric is a mix of 80% organic cotton and 20% polyester and is smooth and plush feeling. The sleeves are long but look great scrunched up for a casual afternoon look.
The Verdict: Since John started receiving Style Plan by Frank And Oak, his wardrobe has not only improved in style but also fit and quality. He and I both are always impressed by the quality, thoughtful design details, and comfort factor of their clothing. And, they work hard to be sustainable and environmentally friendly. The price vs. quality is awesome, and we've had positive experiences with the Frank And Oak Customer Service when we have had questions.
