Description is confusing! First part says all full size and bottom says full size and travel size… and this time they mentioned the icon palette is in! The cyber Monday one was a flop!

Mine will be here Thursday and I went from uber excited to totally bummed. Based on spoilers I’ve seen posted on-line, all the boxes are the same. Two of the lip shades are red, the liner is very deep. I realize it is the holidays, but red is the one shade I can’t pull off. 🙁 I thought that since 90% of Charlotte’s line is beautiful wearable nudes, pinks and peaches that work for anyone I would get several products I would love. I was hoping for pillowtalk anything, face in a pallette, eye shadows or any lipstick other than red. I love her Goddess Skin clay mask and her magic cream is ok, but the value is just not there even with 11 products which seems very odd to say. When I think of her Iconic products, I think of her bronzer, her nude lip liner, her pillowtalk collection, etc.
I hope I can return it.

The red color is actually more of a berry tone. It’s really pretty and there was a pink nude in mine as well. Sorry it wasn’t what you were looking for. I loved it, but we are all different. At least we can return hers, not many other companies do that.

Still waiting on mine too! It will arrive Thursday accdg to tracking. I mistakenly double ordered and tried to cancel just right after and they said they can’t cancel, so I can just do a return. Not too excited anymore since there is no eyeshadow, it seems. Usually these come in the same for all right?

Well I ordered one and have been so excited to get it. The last time I ordered her mystery Box I literally had it within days. I yet to have gotten tracking info on this one so I contacted CS.
Here is there message to me
“Due to the success during Cyber Week we have sold through inventory and our warehouse team is preparing more boxes.”
I was given the option to cancel for a full refund or wait. I wasnt given a time frame on the delay however. I chose to wait lol
Maybe there will be different items in the boxes since they ran out of inventory

I also received a Belle du Soir Latex Love, and one of my free Hollywood Lips was a second Platinum Blonde, which was not my color AT ALL. I am disappointed with the repeat, and also that all four lip colors ended up being pretty nude – will be trying to swap these.

I have a US address option for delivery but CT wouldn’t take my Canadian PayPal that EVERYONE else does. The Canadian CT shows sold out although I never saw it available Saved myself money I guess.
