Dia & Co is a monthly plus-size clothing subscription box that is personally curated for you by a Dia stylist. Upon enrolling with Dia & Co, I filled out an extensive survey asking me about my clothing size/weight/height, price range, and also my style likes and dislikes. Every month my stylist selects five pieces that could be clothes or accessories to try out. If I like them, I have the option of buying them. There is a $20 per month service fee, but the fee can be applied to any purchases I opt to make. A 25% discount is applied if I chose to keep all five pieces too!
The items in my box are chosen personally for me dependent and reflective of my style and price preference, so the package you receive from Dia & Co may be entirely different than mine!

Dia & Co November 2019 Review
Here is that adorable Dia & Co envelope I look forward to seeing every month!
Also enclosed is this thoughtful message from my stylist, Patrice! She thanked me for using the option to select three of the five pieces-- have you done it yet? It is my favorite thing about Dia & Co's styling box! With my feedback for last month, I requested some new sweaters for our freezing cold weather! She listened and delivered in a big way. I am so excited to try everything on!
The other form is an invoice that has a detailed list of the brand, name, color, size, and price of each item she selected for me along with the grand total after the styling fee and 25% off (if I opt to keep all five items) is applied. My some of my prices are listed and some aren’t, so this form is a bit inaccurate. The total would be $334. After the $20 styling fee and 25% is applied my balance for the entire box would be $235! The savings would be $99 if I did decide to keep everything! That isn’t too shabby! That would be like getting the Rachel Roy sweater skirt for free! What a deal!
Penelope Chenille Sweater by Rafaella, Size 2x — Retail Value $70
Initially, I wasn't sure how I felt about the white/grey hue of this sweater. However, once I put it on I not only loved how it looked on me, but oh my goodness-- it is so soft! Chenille sweaters for the win! The mock neck on this piece makes it even more cozy. I love the chevron-like pattern as well. I opted to style this comfy sweater with the awesome Molly&Isadora jeans that I reviewed in my October Dia & Co review. This ensemble is perfect for the holiday season; I just want to put on some boots and take a walk in the snow with a cup of hot cocoa. This sweater is rather versatile and will look just as fantastic styled with a faux leather mini skirt, patterned tights, and knee-high black boots. How chic AND warm!
Rylie Faux Leather Top by Rachel Roy, Size 2x — Retail Value $85
I love faux leather skirts, so I figured why not try a faux leather top? The beauty of this piece is that the front and sleeves are made of the faux leather material, but the back panel is a stretchier, slightly see-through, cotton-like black fabric material. This allows the top to fit better, but provides breathability too. I wanted to show the top untucked, but I prefer it tucked in because I feel it has a boxier cut on my figure. Initially when I selected this top, I knew I had to style it with the Rachel Roy skirt-- it was a must! This is such a killer look that I would wear to see some bands play or even to a museum art show opening. I topped it all off with silver booties and my favorite silver glitter hoops from my September Dia & Co review. This top will also look amazing with skinny leg jeans and pointy-toe flats or a brightly colored mini skirt with patterned tights and booties.
Avens Sweater Skirt by Rachel Roy, Size 3x — Retail Value $85
This skirt is everything! If you regularly read my reviews, you know I am a sucker for anything animal print. This pencil-style skirt hugs one's curves like an absolute dream. The sweater material is perfect for the cold weather months. I often love wearing skirts and dresses, but lately this cold has been even too much for me-- I have succumbed and live in jeans now! I am excited because I can wear this with tights and a sweater and will be roasty toasty, even at the office! I was excited that my stylist, Patrice, included so many pieces to style this skirt with so that you guys can get a few ideas on how to pair it with different sweaters and tops, too! Though I show it with a lot of black tops and sweaters, this will look great even with a band T-shirt and faux leather biker jacket for a night out with friends or white button down, black cardigan, and black loafers at the workplace.
Paola Long Front Pocket Cardigan by Molly&Isadora, Size 2x — Retail Value $49
This is another piece I opted to choose for my three of the five selections in this month's Dia & Co box. I generally wear cardigans that hit me at my waist, but have found myself drawn to longer cardigans in the last few years. They are so comfortable and versatile, and this one is truly no exception. This a lighter material, so I can wear this cardigan in fall, winter, and even spring. I love how it looks with the Rachel Roy top and skirt-- this is an outfit I would wear at the office and also when I go out later with friends! I also can imagine wearing this with my go-to casual Friday look: a band shirt or horror novelty T-shirt, high-waisted skinny leg jeans, and either my Reebok retro sneakers or off-white western booties. Oh, and did I mention... IT HAS POCKETS?! I love it!
Albany Long Sleeve Shaker Stitch Pullover by Meri Skye, Size 2x — Retail Value $55 (currently on sale for $45)
Finally, we have the second piece my stylist, Patrice, sent me. I was so pleased to see this flirty, collarbone bearing black sweater in the mix this month. This reminds me of something my style icons, Tura Satana or Peg Bundy, would have worn with tight black jeans or leopard print leggings. A sweater like this is timeless and a true classic! I love the thick knit of this piece as well-- it is so fantastic for the colder weather we have been getting. It is November; winter isn't even officially here yet, and I am already over it, guys! At least a cute and versatile sweater like this one will make this chilly weather that much tolerable!
Verdict: Dia & Co remains one of my favorite clothing boxes. Dia & Co truly has evolved since I started reviewing their service back in 2017. Initially, they only offered subscription boxes that stylists solely curated. They still offer that service, but now you can do a co-curation and select up to three items of the five for your delivery or forgo the styling box and straight purchase pieces whenever you want from their site. I have such particular tastes that I love the co-curation option allowing me to collaborate on the box with my stylist. I love to shop, so I get a kick out of perusing the Dia & Co collections each month! I was extremely pleased with my November box. Giving feedback to your stylist is truly key; I can't suggest enough to create a Pinterest to send the link to as well. I provided ample feedback last month and asked for sweaters-- Patrice certainly delivered! I will no longer be freezing my dupa off this winter thanks to her! I put in my feedback for next month that I want some glitzy holiday numbers-- I can't wait to see what I get in my next Dia & Co box!
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Dia & Co curates its boxes based on each individual’s preferences as well as what’s available. Also, take advantage of their option for you to pin pieces and select up to three items for your monthly box as well!
Value Breakdown: This box has a $20 styling fee and includes free shipping and returns. The total retail value of the items inside is $334. The cost of each item is listed alongside it above, but if I choose to keep at least 5 items, I get a 25% discount. The $20.00 styling fee for the box would also be applied to the purchase, meaning I’d end up spending $235 for the whole box. Ultimately, that is a 29% discount.
