This is my review of the first-ever Friends Box! (FYI the Winter Box has sold out, but you can sign up for the waitlist to be alerted when subscriptions open again.)
I grew up watching Friends + Simpsons reruns every single day after school with my brother, so this box is 100% nostalgia for me, and I love it!
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Each box comes with a card showing each of the items in the box:
The theme for the Winter box is "The One That Started It All." OK, let's check out the items!
Friends Sweatshirt
This is a cotton/polyester blend sweatshirt that is so cozy. I picked a size Medium (that's my go-to in most brands like American Eagle), and I thought the fit was perfect. Not oversized, just the right amount of loose fit I like in a sweatshirt.
Friends Denim Cap
I have a giant head, so this velcro adjustable hat is ideal for me! And I like the 90s' denim vibe, too. Very appropriate!
Here are both items on:
Coaster Set
This is the one item in the box I'm not loving. Are you seeing that "They don't know that we know they know we know." coaster? Does it bother you, too?
The picture and quote do not go together!
That's better! My other issue with the coasters is that they have a strong chemical smell. I'll let them air out a bit outside, so that should take care of it, but the one coaster is going to always bug me 🙂
Door PVC Picture Frame
Such a classic! And I love that the fill-in picture is of the peep hole!
Friends Pin Set
This pin set features black and white illustrations of some icon Friends items, with subtle hints of red or yellow.
Central Perk Throw Blanket
The detail on this blanket is impressive. It's a thin blanket, but I think that's necessary for the precise image. It's a super soft plush material, and it could totally double as a photo background if you ever have a Friends themed party!
Stickers
This set includes two sheets of stickers. I like the watercolor look/illustration look, and I'm super partial to lobsters thanks to Friends, so these are just great!
Verdict: As I mentioned at the top of the review, I grew up watching Friends, so as long as Culture Fly delivered quality products, I knew I'd be happy with whatever they sent. I'd give them a solid A on the first Friends box. The value is really great (it works out to about $6 an item) and the product quality lives up to the good standards I've come to expect from CultureFly. I think most Friends fans would love these items, and I'm excited to see what will be in the next box.
What do you think of the first box? What are your thoughts on the coaster? 🙂
