Mine arrived today! Unfortunately it froze and a lot of items were damaged, just emailed their CS about that!

Now that I have the products in hand, even if they were all useable, this box feels meh. I’ve gotten and been happy with their past two, but the items all feel small and toy-like for full size stuff!

I won’t wear the blush (My face is red enough without powder help lol) but the rest I guess I expected more. The kabuki brush is TINY even for a mini, the tube of shea butter is a standard face mask size, which feels small for a lotion, even the lip pencil is a bit shorter and thinner than what I’m used to.

The Little Moon spray and single pair of eye masks are the small size I was expecting, so no disappointment there.

For the $20 I paid with the promotion, it’s not a bad box, the value is technically there, it just feels more like an Ipsy bag than a full size box lol

I just got an email they’re offering 30% off of a month or a package. Maybe they’re regretting the price increase. I cancelled because price went up and quality has been going down. Although, this February box is an improvement over the last few.

Oh, and these prices are wrong. The regular price for the Feb20 box is $28.50.

I got the email too, and decided to come here and take another look at the spoilers. It’s an improvement over the last couple of boxes, and the 30% off is tempting, but really the only thing in this box I’d be interested in is the blush, although the mist sounds good too (not something I need, though. This time of year I need moisturizers! Bring on the mists for summer!) I am still enjoying the amazing Plantioxidents moisturizer from this box, and the super amazing Plantioxidents set I ordered from them, so I watch this box every month to see if it’s time to jump back on board. I don’t think this is the month for me.

The price I’m seeing on the website is higher than the one quoted. It lists $28.50 for a single box, $26.50 for a 3 month prepay, and $24.00 monthly if you pay for a yearly subscription.

Which is pricey for that box, IMHO.

Yes I got an email from them that they were raising their prices, so I unsubscribed.

You’re welcome Liz! It’s one of my favorite subs. The only miss month for me was this past November with all the pencil cosmetics. I have no idea what they were thinking there! I am looking forward to everything in February. They offer a great variety and value of clean products at a great price.

That LXMI Nilotica Melt is everywhere! I am so ready for it to go away. I know some people love it but it’s just way too rich for me. I imagine even if you like it one full size tube will last you a loooong time. I think I must have two or three full sizes and one or two travel/sample tubes at this point.

I really wanted to like the Kinder box since my goal is to change over to cleaner products but they’re just not really impressing me lately. Maybe I am just much harder to please after years of beauty sub boxes.

That Nilotica melt is straight trash. I got it in the FFF winter box and it’s just 100% shea butter. But it’s a very low quality shea butter, it’s gritty and unpleasant. This box is a pass for me, based on that alone.

Where else is it available right now/ recently?

Alice

I’ve never received it in a box. Looking forward to it!

I use the nilotica strictly for my tatoos! It works great for that!

this box keeps getting worse and worse 😅

I support the idea of this box but the last 3 months haven’t been of my liking.
If they had more skincare… :\

I love it! Useful and clean products with professional and courteous customer service, at a great price. They’ve even allowed me to skip a specific month when the curation wasn’t going to work for me.

that’s great! I’m glad it’s working for you! unfortunately for me, there is no reason for me to keep paying for a box fof products that I will end up just throwing away.

Dani

Glad I’m not the only one that thinks that. It seems like it looked fairly promising at the beginning but it’s definitely losing steam quickly.
