All curated box options are sold out 🙁 I resubscribed to get the mask set but that was sold out this morning at 4 am. I’m going to let them choose and hope I like the items.

I put an alarm for 4 am because I also wanted the mask set but customization didn’t open for me until 5. All the curated boxes were available at that time so I went with box#2, which was my second choice. Lost my precious sleep and didn’t get mask set as well ☹️.
My only problem with letting them select is they always include a hair product which I don’t use. Hope you enjoy whatever they choose for you.

First I was going to skip, then I reactivated to get 2nd mask set. I am an ace, however, it wouldn’t let me choose yesterday. I guess after you reactivate it needs time to process. Mask set was sold out so I went with box 3

I am hoping there will still be mask sets available tomorrow. None of the curated boxes have anything I want, the item choices are also a zero for me, and I’m definitely not trading for points because my sub is up after this box and I am cancelling. This is the most disappointing box I have seen of any sub I’ve had – ever.

How do you swap your box for points? I don’t see that option in customization.

I had a feeling mask set won’t be available for us as most of people will go for that and sure enough it is out of stock.

I reactivated my Ace to grab the mask kit.

The logical choice would be the mask set. I am debating between choice 1 or 2 though since I am extremely interested in the Benefit primer.

Who am I kidding though, I have not once been able to pick up a curator box in the pass 4 months. They always sold out before I can grab anything…

I meant what time?

This would have been a good opportunity for MSA to link to their own review of the “Find Your Mask Match.”

I’m so glad that I was early enough to be able to get the mask set. As a long term subscriber and an ACE, I only pay $10 per month, so $10 for a $38 kit that is supposedly valued at over $100 is definitely a deal! 🙂 That being said, I did realize that I have tried a couple of these before. Oh well!

I am on the same boat as you except I just reactivated my membership last fall. I actually purchased this mask kit when it was on sale, but don’t mind having another one as I love most masks! I hope they bring another kit like this as an option in coming months!

Still no FOMO 5 months later….

I chose box #3 as well. I love the mascara and shampoo. The other products will be new to me and I could always use more moisturizers. Seems like the curated boxes have been pretty good for me the past few months.👍

I chose Box 3. I don’t mask on the regular and several of the masks contain an ingredient that I react to. As of 10:45am EST, all options are still available ( I chose at 5:30 am this morning- one of the benefits of having to get up early to get to work!).

Does anyone know how to cancel Birchbox?

Pooja

I replied to this, not sure why it was not posted. On your account page, under subscription details you should see an option to cancel. If you are still not able to do it then you can send an email to their customer service team. They are good at responding.

IIRC, you can just do it via your account online (much like Ipsy, but without the 10 pages of exit questions, each with an annoyingly tricky huge ‘OK I’LL KEEP MY SUBSCRIPTION’ and a teeny ‘no thanks i still want to cancel’ button at the bottom). Pretty sure it’s simple as that, but if they’ve changed it, BB customer service is the most responsive and helpful of any sub box I’ve had,* so it shouldn’t be an issue. **technically tied w/Beautyfix, but I only ever contacted them once, whereas I had to call/email Birchbox a number of times over several years. BB was also the best/most reliable about shipping my box on time and not losing it [looking at you, Ipsy and Boxycharm!]. I just wish their boxes hadn’t taken such a steep dive since when I first joined. 🙁 )

Me too! I’m excited. Masks are such an easy way to feel papered at home even on a weeknight. I recently got a jade roller (I know I’m late to the party) and I love putting on a mask and just rolling away while I watch some mindless tv show for 20 minutes!

I actually remembered to log in early this time. I got the mask set!

Me too! I put it on my calendar so I’d remember!

I got the mask set too! I am so excited. I love sheet masks. There is no easier way to feel a little pampered on a random Tuesday night than slapping on a face mask and using a jade roller for 20 minutes while watching some mindless TV or looking at a trashy magazine. Add wine and I’m all set!
