Did not know about FabFitFun’s lay-off!
Maybe that’s why none of my selections as a subscriber were in my newest box!

It would be great to have a post on subscription box news. Fabfitfun just laid off 100 employees and there has been no mention of it on MSA.

Of course they don’t have to but it would be nice if they gave info on sub box general news, not just spoilers and reviews.

1. MSA is our major source of information for all things regarding subscription boxes.
2. Things like a sub box laying off a substantial portion of its workforce is of interest to subscribers because it could mean that the box is going to go out of business, that there will be delays in shipping, things of that nature. On top of that, it is good for annual subscribers or people considering purchasing an annual subscription to know if a box is struggling. You don’t want to pay up front for an annual subscription and then lose all your money when the box goes away unexpectedly.

Birchbox is also laying off a substantial number of employees, which I would not have known about if not for someone’s comment in a Birchbox thread.

The forum leaving and the ridic amount of moderated of comments on here ~ one can barely post w/o it being flagged and not posted. Even when there was nothing said even remotely bad said. And i hear the same excuses as to why its not posted (different Ip addy-wrong etc etc). Don’t even bother bringing back the forum unless you hire a specific team of fair people to mod it.

I miss the forum too. Where else will we speculate about which boxes might be going belly up next? *cough* PSMH *cough* I rarely subscribe to boxes anymore and stopped swapping a long time ago, but the forums were fun while they lasted.

I’d love to have a forum. I filled out the survey, but didn’t know about that. Would be great to submit mini reviews about products in the boxes or the entire box. Also great to be able to ask questions of other readers and get comments. I don’t really have anyone to talk about boxes with so this would be great!

Hello. I had ForumLove too! Unfortunately, I think the negativity trolls had infiltrated our lovely community and had caused grief and cancellation of the Forum. It had been a beautiful place to share and connect with one another……

The forum is the reason I was here for so long. Without the forum I rarely check MSA. I’ve stopped subbing altogether.

My comment was about bringing back the forum as well. I hate to admit how much time I spent on it. I work from home and the forum was my main source of socializing outside of home.

Added my feedback in the general section but will repeat it here. Please bring back the forum! It is dearly missed for conversation about box items and general sisterhood. I think the current Boxy scandal would be an amazing topic for the community to engage in on the forum instead of having to rely on Reddit or Facebook.

Hmmmm….know nothing about a Boxy scandal, so it is obviously a much-needed item to keep readers informed about thing important to them. It might make a difference in whether I continue to subscribe to all three or none at all. Anyone able to fill me in on this? The mentioned forum sounds necessary!

As posted, Boxy has been discovered to be engaged in less than stellar business practices which have been outed in the last week.
The chief one involves Faccacia 24K skin so you can google faccaciaskin and information and YouTube’s will show up.

Many different BC scandals all over youtube. Go to YT search BC etc. You will watch and see. There are at least 5 products that are causing this.
