It’s nearly midnight on the 16th (so, 17th really), they had an extra day in February for leap year, and still nothing. They are now blaming it all on the virus, but that really should have nothing to do with shipping! Especially since everything was supposed to be shipping a month ago! I’m so frustrated because I’ve prepaid for a year in December, when my previous sub still had two prepaid boxes left, so they have several hundred dollars from me and are giving us the runaround on shipping.

I see Oui Please is up to its untruthful ways again. In these various MSA threads Ashley said we would “get our boxes” in February. She said shipping was to start mid-Feb. I got a shipping notice on 3/3, but today on 3/10, my box is still only in “label created” phase and has not even made it to the FedEx carrier yet.
I don’t understand why OP comes on here and promises timelines that both past and current situations show they can’t achieve. The last box they repeatedly promised would arrive in time for Christmas gifting; mine arrived after Christmas. This box is supposed to be every two months, but in reality with their shipping issues it’s basically a quarterly. I’m not sure why they don’t turn it into such (though then they would likely ship every 4-5 months, LOL).
I really don’t understand why they can’t get it together; these problems have literally been going on for years! I understand there can be customs issues at times, but at this point they should anticipate that there could be customs issues, and plan in advance. It’s pretty frustrating.

It’s such a shame too because if they could iron out the shipping and improve the communication, this could be a first-rate box. But they continue to apparently insist on a shipping schedule that they must know can’t work and then keep customers in the dark when things are delayed or products are not as anticipated.

I’m still waiting for tracking for the February box. It’s now March 6, and as it’s even a leap year they’ve had an extra day in February. Does anyone have their box yet?

Not here. I received a tracking number on 3/3, but Fed Ex hasn’t even gotten the box yet according to the website.

Hmmm. It’s now the end of the week, and I have yet to receive a shipping notificiation.
On another thread you said the box would start shipping on 2/15, and that was not true, so I’m not really sure what to believe.
