Dia & Co is a monthly plus-size clothing subscription box that is personally curated for you by a Dia stylist. Upon enrolling with Dia & Co, I filled out an extensive survey asking me about my clothing size/weight/height, price range, and also my style likes and dislikes. Every month my stylist selects five pieces that could be clothes or accessories to try out. If I like them, I have the option of buying them. There is a $20 per month service fee, but the fee can be applied to any purchases I opt to make. A 25% discount is applied if I chose to keep all five pieces too!
The items in my box are chosen personally for me dependent and reflective of my style and price preference, so the package you receive from Dia & Co may be entirely different than mine!

Dia & Co March 2020 Review
That Dia & Co envelope I look forward to seeing every month got an update! Now it comes as a sleeve so you can pull out the message and attached invoice. Wild! Looks rather chic, though, I must say!
Enclosed is a kind message from this month's stylist, Kristin S. Kristin included some work-friendly pieces as I requested, but also some dresses I could potentially wear for a wedding (that unfortunately got postponed due to the pandemic).
The other form is an invoice that has a detailed list of the brand, name, color, size, and price of each item she selected for me along with the grand total after the styling fee and 25% off (if I opt to keep all five items) is applied. My prices aren't listed, so this form is a bit inaccurate. The total would be $331. After the $20 styling fee and 25% is applied my balance for the entire box would be $233.25! The savings would be $97.75 if I did decide to keep everything! That isn’t too shabby! That is like keeping The Sabrina Collective dress for free! What a deal!
Kentia 3/4 Flared Sleeve Sheath Dress by Sabrina Blue, Size 2x — Retail Value $69
Okay, this is far and away my favorite item in this month's box. First off, I love the color palette of corals, light aqua, reds, and sage greens against the deep navy background. So pretty! Secondly, I love the flared bell sleeves-- they are retro and classic! Third, the cut and style of this dress is fantastic and the fabric has ample stretch! I also liked the flirty deep V-neck, and that the length is long enough so I can wear it to the office as well as out on the town. I styled it with gold cowboy boots from my January ShoeDazzle review and orange glitter glasses from Wherelight.com to bring out the warm tones in this dress. This would look fantastic in cooler weather paired with black tights or fishnets with booties, or bare legged in warmer weather with open-toed wooden platform heels and oversized round sunglasses for an Almost Famous-inspired look!
Linea Denim Jacket by Molly&Isadora, Size 2x — Listed Value $69
What isn't to love about a denim jacket? It is a classic fashion staple. It is a piece you can wear with your favorite LBD out to the club, but you can also pair it with your favorite jeans, vintage T-shirt, and sneakers for an effortlessly cool, yet casual ensemble. I love the dark, deep indigo shade of this jean jacket. It is so rich and almost a jewel tone. I also love how stretchy the fabric is--it is almost like a denim jegging material. The $69 price tag is rather reasonable when you think of the versatility of this piece--what a value!
Murietta Sleeveless Scuba Fit and Flare Dress by Sabrina Collective, Size 2x — Listed Value $69
This dress is right on time for spring! I asked my stylist for some pieces for an upcoming wedding and she sent me this cute frock. The watercolor floral pattern is pretty, but it is way too subdued for me. Let's face it, I am just a flashy gal-- I am the one at your wedding that looks like a human disco ball. However, this dress could be adorable to wear at the office or on a weekend errand or brunch! The material is made of a stretchy scuba material. It fits great! I styled it with the Molly&Isadora jean jacket Kristine included for me as well as my previously mentioned glasses and mustard yellow Vans sneakers to bring out the gorgeous oranges and yellows in this number!
Marisella 3/4 Sleeve Peasant Blouse by Sabrina Collective, Size 2x — Retail Value $55
I requested some workwear from my stylist and she delivered with some business casual items for sure! This top isn't necessarily what I would select for myself. The cornflower blue shade is a bit dowdy to me, but I think this would be enhanced well if paired with monochromatic black pieces like a faux leather biker jacket, mini skirt, tights, booties, and sunglasses. The elastic tie at the chest is nice too because you can cinch and adjust the fit on the neckline/shoulder areas.
Madrid Pull-On Pants by Addition Elle, Size 22/24 — Retail Value $69
Guys, I try to be positive in my reviews, but honest. I want to give you the most sincere review possible on a product. That all being said, I hate these pants. Yes, I know the H-word is harsh. I dislike these pants on me, but they could be dreamy on someone else. Someone shaped very differently than me. I am really surprised too since Addition Elle is a fairly well-known brand in the plus size fashion world-- why did they do me so dirty? My issues are the fit for one. These cover me in the front (though not as high waisted as I would prefer), but barely cover my behind. If I bent over slightly, I felt like my whole posterior would be exposed and displayed. The color does nothing for me-- it is this garish grey oatmeal color. Not feeling it. I would entertain these pants in black, green and even red--- but the fact that these are not big butt friendly makes them a no go. I will take this opportunity to relay to my stylist too-- being honest with your stylist is key for a great box!
Verdict: Dia & Co continues to be a box I enjoy receiving each month to review. This month's had some hard hits and misses. My favorite pieces were the dresses, especially the Sabrina Blue dress, and the Molly&Isadora jean jacket! These pieces all were beautiful and looked great on. The Addition Elle pants were a big NO, sadly-- but that's okay! The beauty of styling boxes like Dia & co is they offer a feedback option each month and you can return items in place of ones you like with your stylist. They also offer options where you can select up to three of your pieces in your monthly box! I absolutely love this feature- it ensures I get items I love and gives my stylist an idea of what I like and dislike too. I also strongly recommend providing your stylist with feedback every month and creating a Pinterest board– it truly creates a collaborative effort between you and your stylist! With a lot of people working from home these days due to quarantines as well, this service comes in handy! You get five great pieces delivered right to your door each month, from the comfort of your own home!
