Macy's Beauty Box is $15 a month. Each month you will receive five deluxe beauty samples, one bonus item, a collectible cosmetics bag and a $5 beauty coupon exclusively for Beauty Box subscribers, available for use online and in-store.

According to Macy's you have to subscribe by 4/21 to get this box as your first box (if you aren't already a subscriber.) I'm guessing that date might move up even sooner since this will be a popular box, so I recommend signing up ASAP if you want to secure the Jo Malone Macy's Beauty Box.

Me too… except the vial in the card arrived shattered. 🙁 I called Macy’s and they claim they are going to send me a new box and a label to ship back the box with the damaged item, but I’m not holding my breath that a new box will actually be available to be sent.

I got the email with the cancellation notice this morning. Then a few minutes ago I got an email confirming my purchase and stating My box will be shipped Oct. 5. Sounds like they had technical difficulty this morning. Fingers crossed I actually receive this box!

I also received the cancellation email. The charge just came Back through on my credit card and an email thanking me for my order. So they must be resubmitting it all to trigger the charges today! There is hope!!

This post is so old that I don’t know if anyone else will see it.
Did anyone else get an email from Macy’s saying that their order has been cancelled?
This is getting really frustrating-I subscribed specifically for the Jo Malone box. They’ve had 6 months to get the boxes together and sent out. They can’t use Covid-19 as a reason any more. I’m sure they’re still fulfilling online orders and that they have employees that would be thrilled to get back to work.

Did anyone else get a weird email from Macy’s? Mine said “We’re sorry, but the item(s) listed below are out of stock. If you were charged, you’ll receive a refund in the amount listed below. Please visit macys.com to find similar items.” The order was dated 9/25/20 and was for “Beauty Box, October 2020,” but there’s no pending charge on my credit card and no indication of this order in my Macy’s account. Boy am I going to be pissed if that’s the Jo Malone box and I don’t get one – I’ve been subbed to the Macy’s beauty box for a while (well before the Jo Malone box was announced).

I also got that email. I am furious. I have also been subscribing for quite some time and I’m wondering if they are giving new subscribers this great box in order to get more business. I actually called them and they have no record of the order at all in their system which I find extremely odd.

Well, the website is glitching. I signed up for a monthly subscription and was charged for the entire year. I was also confirmed to receive the wrong Laura Mercier shade as a free gift. Please check your bank accounts if you recently signed up. More than $176.00 left my account.

Did anyone get the email that they are suspending the beauty box for now? Would that include the Jo Malone for May?

I haven’t received the notification about the beauty box being suspended and I just registered on yesterday. Does anyone know if they’ll be issuing refunds?

I’m glad I checked here… I didn’t receive any notice, wasn’t charged, can’t get through to customer service. Very disappointed I won’t be able to try these Jo Malone samples (I’ve been waiting to try something like this for YEARS), but at least I checked today and was able to cancel. Irritating.

Does aByibr know how to contact Macy’s customer service. Their chat option is unavailable, they don’t have any agents available for calls and their email option had only 2 categories one for mattress & furniture second for previous orders.

I love,love love Jo Malone fragrances but actually have all these samples except the candle. I just can not order at this time😢. My samples of the cologne bottles are .3 fl.oz. and the body creme sample is .5 fl.oz. I also have the vial of perfume. I am thinking these are the sizes pictured and what you will actually receive.

I really LOVE anything Jo Malone. At $15, I had to subscribe! I had bought the Sample Sephora duo around Christmas time for 45, so this is really a bargain.

For all the people inquiring, I think that these are going to be sample sizes. Although Macys is a good company when it comes to their beauty bags, Jo Malone is too expensive for them to send out full size products in $15 subscription box,

Well, I doubt anyone was expecting full size, but I think /hope two of the perfumes will be deluxe /travel size, rather than sample vials.

Yes, they look like 2 of the 0.3 oz deluxe cologne samples.

Sephora sells a duo of this size for $45, so I think that’s pretty in line with the stated $90 value of the bag.
