I have a movement on my box. Before it shipped I asked Ashley if it would be possible to change the address, since I normally get it sent to my workplace. She was incredibly helpful and created a new label for me. The box is now shipping via USPS (not FedEx as originally). It got to the post office on Friday and it seems to be actually moving. I should be getting it in a few days. Maybe other boxes have moved too? I hope you are all safe and healthy.

Nothing here either. Just says shipment information sent to FedEx on March 3. 🙁

Mine still just says “label created”.

This company isn’t particularly trust worthy and you guys are right, they do not respect their customers. As nice as the boxes are, they don’t really deserve anyone’s business. Using Corona as their latest excuse is kind of gross.

Really disgusting! Not once has this company delivered on it’s promises – to use the coronavirus as an excuse is at the top of my list of untrustworthy. And as someone who works in healthcare, that list is pretty long!

I was so excited about this box, but these people just don’t know how to respect their customers.
You can’t put out a shipping label, and then weeks later say, ‘Oh, because of COVID…’. Face it, these boxes were never ready to ship. Not on Feb 15, March 3, or otherwise. This is why I don’t trust them.
Yet they have the time and resources to spam my inbox with pointless nonsense.

Yep! I was already annoyed but when I got that email “what they are doing about covid-19” I knew I would never do business with them again. How dare they!
Bonjour Allison!
We are terribly sorry about the delay in shipment. We are taking all necessary precautions to make sure the team at OuiPlease stays healthy. Shipping labels are printed two-three weeks prior to shipping due to the large volume of orders, which is why most customers received emails with tracking information for their packages. Our team is in constant communication, deciding the next step as we figure the best time to pick up shipping all packages.
Please feel free to reach out to me directly via [email protected] if you have further questions.

Can somebody post Ashley’s reply to queries about the significant delay in shipping?
I feel that there is a glaring absence of leadership at OuiPlease. This was always the case, but it’s especially evident now. I’ve been getting emails from pretty much any business I’ve ever patronized regarding COVID-19, what that means for the business, what steps they’re taking, etc. Not a peep from OuiPlease, but in private emails they blame the virus for their delays? This seems like a cheap excuse, considering that the boxes were supposed to ship in February.
Wouldn’t it be nice if they at least sent out a notice to all of their subscribers to give us an update?

We got the December box, Jan/Feb is typically delayed.

They are all typically delayed. 😉

Well, now they have spoilers for the new box on IG and are blaming the “worldwide health situation” for the delay of the Dec/Jan/Feb box. *sigh*

Not going to bite until I get the two boxes that are left on my Annual.
At this rate it could take 6 months.

This looks like a good deal but I’m still waiting on my February box. I emailed a week ago and still haven’t gotten a reply as to when it will ship. And of course I’m pre-paid for an entire year as usual. 🤦🏻♀️ Has anyone else received their February boxes yet?
My apologies, as it seems as though my email didn’t reach you. Please be sure to check your spam/junk mail to make sure my emails are not being delivered there.

Has anyone gotten any Little Marcel clothing ? If so, can you tell me about the sizing – do they tend to run large, small, etc. I’m right between sizes and trying to figure out whether to size up or down on a top. Thanks!

Honestly, I have a few of their things from subbing so long and I find them to be right on par with American sizing. I Get that it’s trendy to complain & say they run too small, but I found a medium to be a medium, etc., their shirts fit me just fine.

Hi Beth,
My experience is to order a size up if you are in between unless you prefer body hugging style. I prefer my clothes loose. I also have not experience any major shrinking but I do wash in cold water and hang dry. Hope this opinion helps.

Thanks so much! That’s exactly what I needed to know.

I adore this box! Has anyone received their box yet? Thanks for the info.
We are currently taking all precautions necessary to assure our team at OuiPlease remains healthy. We, too, are very anxious about getting all boxes to our customers. We are processing orders as we speak and we hope to be back on schedule very soon.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Nope. I’m getting a bit concerned. Typically I am super patient about the shipping of all my sub boxes. I understand things just unavoidably happen that cause delays sometimes so I rarely think anything of it. But with their history I’m getting nervous. Especially because most sub boxes at least keep you up to date/informed when these things happen.
I think I recall getting an email saying it would be shipping soon but I haven’t gotten a tracking number. Also, Ashley from the company responded to a comment on one of MSA’s previous posts not that long ago and said boxes would be shipping late February I believe. I was so nervous about subscribing because of all the negative experiences people have been sharing on here for years. Especially with an annual. The first box arrived on time and I was very pleased overall and Ashley has always been responsive to any questions I emailed to her. If it doesn’t arrive at least by the end of March I’m going to be one unhappy camper.
