Panda Pals is a subscription service that sends two pairs of fun socks for boys or girls ages 3-8 every month, plus fun “socktivities” to do together. Some of the designs are unisex, while others have unique designs specifically for boys and girls.
This review is of the Small Kids Sock, $16 a month, box for ages 3-5 years.

Bubbles + Socktivities
Every month we receive a "socktivity" and this month we received a 4" tall tube of bubbles just in time for spring! And of course, they just happened to send them in Charlie's favorite color: orange! Along with the bubbles, we received the paper activity. This month we received a "Let's Celebrate!" coloring sheet, with a maze, and tic-tac-toe boards on the back. This was an extreme hit as mazes and tic-tac-toe are our absolute favorite activities, and really good for practicing fine motor skills. We really enjoy completing these activities, and admire the fact that they coordinate with the month's included socks!

Celebration Socks
Our first pair of socks feature Niko the Panda wearing a handsome looking party hat. Because the included "socktivity" says "Let's Celebrate," I am assuming it is Panda Pals anniversary or something, but did not receive any information as to what we are celebrating. Charlie took it upon himself to believe that these were sent to him because March is his birthday month, and has declared these will be worn at his birthday party! These sweet socks are very colorful and feature the usual "Panda Pals" logo on the toe, with a tan and blue background. The socks and shoes that Niko are wearing pair perfectly with his party hat and will add the perfect flair to Charlie's birthday outfit! They seem to fit perfectly, and are really comfy on Charlie's feet, which makes him not want to take them off!

Firework Socks
The second pair of socks we received also declare a celebration, this time with exploding fireworks! These navy blue socks are sprinkled with multicolored bursts of fireworks and the "Panda Pals" logo on the top of the toe. To offset the dark background, they incorporated a light blue toe and heel, with a bright yellow cuff at the top. While these give off a bit of a 4th of July vibe, Charlie was excited about sporting these and decided they are his "day after his birthday party" socks. Like the other pair, they are very stretchy, comfortable and soft. And with a color palette like these, they will match just about anything!
Verdict: Panda Pals is always a surprise! My kids are always thrilled to see what kind of socks they might receive. This month was absolutely perfect as it is Charlie's birthday month. He loved completing the coloring sheet and decided that bubbles are the best. The socks themselves are high quality as usual, and will be worn until they are outgrown! Seriously, Charlie won't wear any other socks, so these get a lot of use! We love the fact that they are wild and different from any other sock out there, adding pizzaz to each and every outfit he chooses. We can't wait to see what they send next month!

Value Breakdown: At $16 a month, you are paying $8 per pair of socks, which is a little higher priced than other socks, but you are also helping people in need by purchasing!
