Omorovicza Magic Moisture Mist - Retail Value $95

You’ll feel totally rejuvenated by this liquid moisturizer that’s powered by an innovative formula — it gives you weightless hydration that doesn’t feel greasy or sticky. The Book Club Anti Blue Light Lenses - subscribers have the choice between 4 styles - Retail Value $40-$50

Not only are these glasses cute and on trend, but the lenses have also been shown to cut down blue-light absorption by 30 percent, limiting overexposure to the blue light emitted from screens and indoor lighting around the clock. Subscribers get to choose between four chic styles — being a four-eyes never looked so good.

AND:

Bluma Project Luna Necklace in your choice of Sand or Lagoon - Retail Value $75

This playful, three-tiered, tasseled and beaded necklace is the perfect pop for any outfit. Subscribers get to choose between two rich, dusty colorways: Sand or Lagoon. I want the skincare and bowls. The rest I won’t use. The $30 discount makes this box worthwhile for me

Has anyone else noticed that the Spring Box is now on sale for quarterly subscribers for $30 off, through April 10? PSMH is trying to get rid of leftover Spring Boxes before they roll out the Summer Box, apparently. So they can take on new subscribers and ship them boxes, but they can’t send replacement items to subscribers who paid full price for the box? Hmmm. I’m interested in getting the box on sale, but it could be tough luck if anything’s broken, leaking, or missing.

NeverPayRetail

I’ve always had good luck with their customer service. But why in the world would you pay full price? There is always a code. 😂😂

Reply ButtonReply

pb

do you mind sharing code? thx!

Reply ButtonReply

Coco

30SPRING. The discount is on their website too.

Danielle

PS customer service is the WORST. My bowls arrived broken. I have emailed and sent pics several times since last week and nothing… crickets.. I am over this company

Darlene

Also constantly emailing will just make it take longer when they do open back up because every time you email you go back to the bottom of the list. Just send one and be patient. They can’t do anything about your bowls right now.

Reply ButtonReply

Danielle

No Darlene. They’re not closed. They are responding on social media to me and asking me to email. I explained when I do they keep closing my request. That’s why I have to keep sending a new email. I’m not some weirdo that’s compulsively emailing them for fun. I emailed more than once because they keep closing my ticket without resolving the issue.

Darlene

They’re probably closed indefinitely.

I ordered my box right before everything hit- I don’t know when they’ll ship my box. I have to go home to take care of my mom. I emailed them and asked to cancel. They responded no. Receiving my box isn’t my first priority right now, but come on. If I’m not going to receive it that’s almost $80 that I could use for food since I also lost my job with everything going on.
I hope they’ll send my box soon.

We just need to have faith. I always remember that- “Everything will be alright in the end. If it isn’t alright, then it’s not the end.” 😊

Thank heavens I’m not sick. Let’s be thankful for what we have.

If anyone is wondering, tassels were easy to cut off, and the necklace looks fine without them!

Reply ButtonReply

Sarah

I cut all my tassels off too and it looks way better

Reply ButtonReply

Samantha

Agreed! I had planned to swap it, but since swapping is paused and I’m also nervous about going to the post office right now, I figured I might as well cut off the tassels if I’m forced to keep this. Looks WAY better and more Indian culture-inspired. I HATE tassels. 😖

LisaFalana

Did the Glow Recipe come with the spoon? Cuz I didn’t get one.

Reply ButtonReply

MG

Mine came with a spoon. Mine was in a corner of the box that held the mask container, but not directly attached to the mask bottle itself.

Zo

Mine came with the spoon.

Got my box today and it was as disappointing as expected. I am going to give the necklace to my mom because it is more her style, the rocks I will give to my friend who believes in witchcraft/rocks/astrology. The glasses are cute, but I wear prescription, so I will give them to a friend who doesn’t have a prescription and works on computers.

Things I am keeping: bowls, skincare. For me, the box is not of value, since I am only keeping three items, the other items have a $0 RV for me. Hoping summer is better!

Pearl

I really like the box. The value is high and these are things I would never purchase for myself. I’m wondering how POPSUGAR knew we would need antiviral wipes, but out federal government had no idea what was coming…..

Reply ButtonReply

Melissa

My box arrived today. The bowls are great- I might consider ordering another box if they go on sale just to get another set. I’m interested to try the eye cream, but otherwise everything but the sanitizer wipes are a hard pass for me.

I’m especially disappointed with the inclusion of the crystals. I realize the decision to include them was probably made well over a year ago, but it just seems distasteful to promote this kind of an item when we’re facing a global health crisis…

I actually like most of this box too!
•I am in LOVE with the bowls, they are pretty, heavy, and tactilely pleasing. Not too big or small. They looks and feel fancy.
•I like the facial oil mist, it goes on very light and smells yum. It feels luxurious.
•I’m super excited about the avocado eye cream, and am going to use the little spoon applicator for all of my eye creams from here on out. It’s perfectly sized for under eyes.
•I have a few cheap pairs of blue light glasses, but none that are as $ as these so I’m interested to see if they “work” better? I chose the clear plastic frames and they are cute on.
•The necklace will be going to my mom on Mother’s Day as I’m not a statement necklace person. The blue color is pretty.
•The rocks made me laugh when I saw them, the pink quartz is a big round ball, and comes with a cute glass stand and it’s on a shelf. The rest went into plants (and my sand terrarium from PS back in 2017). They did come with some sort of chart explaining what they’re for, but it’s more of a “yaaasss queen” set, not a “woo woo healing” set that some were concerned about.
•Good timing on the Clorox wipes samples. I put one in each car and one in my purse.
•I’m not a tea drinker at all, but I do have a cranky stomach so I might actually try this blend.
Overall I’m glad I kept my sub going after the necklace spoiler. It almost made me cancel, but I needed some “self care” uplift this week and the bowls and 2 beauty items hit the spot for me. I miss the little snacks/treats that they used to have in boxes, but that’s because I’m a sucker for a good tasty treat. 😉

I was wondering if anyone else received the sphere. I like the sphere. Funnily, three of my other crystals did not match the descriptor card (type of crystal, not just the shape of the crystal). I am not sure if it was a one off accident or if they ran out and starting throwing anything on hand into the bags, lol.

Smudge Wellness?!?

perhaps I need to read that again, have lost brain cells from kids not in school

Two of my four bowls arrived broken. I’ve already sent PopSugar an email with photos of the damage. Does anyone have any experience with how they handle this sort of thing? I was really looking forward to the bowls.

Reply ButtonReply

Marcia

I received a defective ceramic Nina tray and I sent them pictures of the damage. They responded that Steve ing and I received a placement within one week.

I hope you have good luck as well with customer service 🙂

Reply ButtonReply

Amy

I’ve gotten quick email responses and then zero tracking or actual replacement.
On March 6 I emailed that I had received a defective item and the wrong jewelry customization from my winter box that had arrived that day (I ordered late and then shipping took a hot while)

That day CS replied that a replacement for the defective item would be on it’s way soon and they couldn’t replace the jewelry since it was OOS. I asked for a partial refund or substitute silver jewelry item, and they found me a silver necklace by March 9th.

March 27th I emailed to see if the warehouse was still operational and if so when I was getting my tracking and I got a “the warehouse is experiencing delays of 7-9 business days” okay…..

If the warehouse is still operational then I am getting to the point of a bit impatient, I had to hound down my box itself that they seemed to have forgotten to ship, I just want what I bought lmao.

If the warehouse has closed since I last talked to them, then obviously that is out of anyone’s hands. But they did email me asking me to resubscribe yesterday so I’m guessing they’re still shipping. We shall see.

Marcia

Should have read…”same evening”.
* – sorry about Steve….

Lauren Turner

Every time I’ve had an issue, they will always send a replacement no questions asked. Great customer service.

Angela

Thanks! That’s good to hear.

Let’s just begin to say that this box has high quality items and a high value. My highlights were the very springy high quality bowls from a company that is high quality. My second favorite thing was the clean eye cream. I have very sensitive skin with allergies and this made my eyes soft without irritation. My third favorite item was the add on Apple Watch leather band! Lovely pink color and it will be worn! The necklace looks better in person and I picked the blue one. It looks great with denim shirt. I may cut off some of the tassels and add some of my own beads.
The glasses which I initially thought I didn’t need because I wear prescription…. I put them over my regular glasses to try them out and yes they work! No glare…. I may only use these at home…
wipes. Yes please!
Tea…. weird flavor. I would just like some high quality black! Or maybe a teapot!
The facial spray was something I looked forward to…. it is very fragrant and I won’t be able to use it on my sensitive face. So it might be used as a body spray after a shower. The rocks look pretty on my kitchen window . The sunlight makes them shine. I will use the little bag for my watercolor paintbrushes when I travel. So happy Spring everyone! There is something for everyone!

Anyone know what the small clear glass-looking square is in the Smudge wellness crystal set? I have the five crystals and this little class cube.

Reply ButtonReply

Sarah

I assumed it was for resting the globe-shaped pink quartz in.

Reply ButtonReply

Jessi

Ok, so initially I was kinda mad about the rocks. Not my thing. But it just occurred to me that I’ve been on my computer or phone like 24/7 the past week so the glasses are clutch. And the moisturizer is a spray so you don’t have to touch your face.

It’s an ok box! Not my favorite, but won’t stop me from subscribing. I’ve been with Popsugar since… 2014 or 2015!

Bowls: 10/10 – Love housewares, and these are cute for serving (though sized for normal use).

Glasses: 5/10 – I like the concept, but all of the styles looked way too small for my round face shape. I got the simple gold ones. They are ok, but definitely not fashion forward.

Necklace: 4/10 – I’ll try wearing it. I don’t even mind the tassels. It’s the beading + tassels + single color, with gold weaves through. Just not my style.

Crystals: 7/10 – I like crystals; I don’t believe in their “powers”, but I do have a bowl for display because they’re pretty. So, I’m fine having more. And I like the little pouch they came in.

Glow Recipe: 10/10 – A brand I’ve been wanting to try!

Face Mist: 9/10 – I like mists, but have a ton of beauty products and wasn’t really eager to receive this. That said, I sprayed it on right away and was pleasantly surprised with how soft the spray was (I often find myself wincing in preparation for an in sense spray!)

I really like this Popsugar this is the first box I have actually thought it is $55 if I sub and a good deal

Reply ButtonReply

Lisa

I know a lot of people aren’t thrilled with this box, but I actually really enjoyed it! Getting something that I am not crazy about is pretty normal for almost every sub that I have – which is why I list those things on the swap site! 🙂 The necklace and Smudge Rocks were not for me , or the facial mist because I cannot use oils on my face (and, honestly, I have not caught on to the face mist craze). Everything else made up for it though! Love the eye cream and I REALLY love the bowls! Such nice quality! I had every intention of swapping the glasses, but decided to try them on and realized that they really do help with the blue light blocking. I work on a computer all day – especially now that I am stuck working from home! Anyway I am sticking with Popsugar. They have consistently been one of my favorites over the years. This may not be their best curation, but I feel I got a good value for my money overall.

Reply ButtonReply

Rachel D

What swap sites do you use? I just resubscribed to Popsuagr’s MH bc everything looks so amazing & I wanted to treat myself 😍😍😍 buuut, in the past I had cancelled it bc there were always things that I didn’t like and I’m a minimalist, hated the waste & unwanted clutter and felt like I was wasting $. If I can swap any unwanted/unneeded items, though, I’d feel much better about having the sub!

Reply ButtonReply

MJ

Not about woo so the rocks are a pass for me. And while I realize they curate these months in advance, ‘crystal power’ seems a bit tone deaf given the current pandemic.

Reply ButtonReply

Amy

Those who have gotten this box, how big is the quartz crystal point/ what are the dimensions of the crystals in general?

The ones pictured would make a gorgeous display! I’m eh about the properties of them but they are super pretty!

Debating if I’ll snag this box whenever it (hopefully inevitably) goes on sale!

Reply ButtonReply

Deborah

I really like when Popsugar started adding those special extras in their boxes some are very handy to have

Reply ButtonReply

Kate

The rocks were missing from my box. Oh well. Regardless of these items being planned ahead of time, I’m concerned about the addition of rocks/gems claimed to be used in spells for wellness during a global pandemic. Yes, they’re pretty, but bad timing as a “wellness” item.

Also, the bowls are beautiful, but I’m bummed that they are smaller than I expected. So it goes.

Reply ButtonReply

Kim

Really? The bowls are much larger than I expected.

Reply ButtonReply

Bon

I think this is a GREAT box… however, there’s something wrong with my box’s shipping.

I got the email that it shipped on the 12th.
The tracking only shows a label was created on the 12th.
No movement from Gilroy CA to halfway across the country, basically.

Has this happened to anyone else? I know areas in CA are hit with COVID-19 but have not received a notice from them that they have shipping delays.
Of course, if this is illness- related, I have the utmost empathy and will wait for my box or they can keep the money and give mine to a sick employee to help a bit..

I emailed them and have not received a response of any type.

Help greatly appreciated.

Reply ButtonReply

Carol

Most of my experience with all the boxes is that they indicate shipped, which means a handoff to whichever shipper and then label created, then a day before on transportation. Then tracking becomes more germane to actual arrival. Maybe that helps, perhaps not. Stay well

Reply ButtonReply

Sarah

I agree with Carol, and I often see “shipped” before it’s actually sent out too.

Zo

My box arrived on Saturday (I usually get it a week or so after the spoilers) which was nice. So glad I was able to open and look at, feel, test the items before reading comments. I think it’s definitely a box that is better in person. I chose the teal necklace and it looks nice on. It’s lovely with my white linen dress. Don’t feel I can wear the necklace now, however.

The stones are just genuine stones, some polished, some not. When you see them in person you will know they are not dyed.

Reply ButtonReply

JL

There is nothing in this box that I would have used or wanted. SO glad that I cancelled months ago.
