Stitch Fix Kids March 2020 Review
In our Stitch Fix Kids delivery, we received this cute sticker sheet. They also provide an envelope with a prepaid shipping label for easy returns and exchanges.
This is the invoice that was sent in the Fix. It provides specifics on the brand, size, and price of each item. They also give instructions at the bottom for how to check out and either purchase or return your items in the pre-paid postmarked envelope they provide. The items for my daughter came to a total of $190, but with the 25% discount (which they take off BEFORE they deduct the $20) and the $20 credit, our total drops down to $122.50. That's a savings of $67.50 on this Fix!
This is the included style sheet, which features pictures of all the clothing and a note from her stylist, Anna, who does a great job of sending cute and stylish outfits perfect for Liv!
Maggy Knee Patch Legging by Tailor Vintage, Size 6/7 - Cost to Keep $16.00
Since she knows Liv loves soft pants like leggings, she made sure to send a few pairs. These are plain gray and have some really cute ice cream graphics on them with some embroidered details. There is a stretchy waistband and they are very lightweight and a good choice for spring. They are actually a little bit too saggy on her around the hip area though.
Milley Fit and Flare Pocket Dress by Joules, Size 8 - Cost to Keep $26.00
Since she knows how much Liv loves dresses, Anna sent a few options for those as well. I love the bright yellow color and the vibrant florals on this one! It is so pretty and perfect for a little girl. It also has pockets which make it an even more fun choice! This one fit her very well, too.
Milley Fit and Flare Pocket Dress by Joules, Size 8 - Cost to Keep $26.00
This dress is identical to the yellow dress in style, but with a different pattern. While I loved the bright florals, Liv preferred this one and I think it was just as cute on her. Again, the fit was perfect and it too had pockets. This is a great spring dress!
Candice Legging by Tailor Vintage, Size 6/7 - Cost to Keep $12.00
These leggings were the same as the first pair but in a different color. They actually paired well with both of the dresses, but again, these were just a tad too baggy around the hip area. Since leggings are usually easy to find, I figured we would wait and find some that fit her a little better.
Daphne Fleece Lined Seamless Leggings by Capelli New York, Size M - Cost to Keep $12.00
The last pair of leggings she sent is similar to another pair she has from this same brand which are also black, but with a different color and shape for the sequins. They are super soft and warm with a nice cozy fleece lining inside. They fit her well (see below) and while she loves the sequin details which change colors when you slide them up or down, we didn't end up keeping these since they might be a little too warm for spring around here and her other pair is so similar.
The Cross Back Longsleeve Top by RUMI + RYDER, Size S - Cost to Keep $18.00
This top (paired with the leggings) is really cute, very soft, and perfect for a young girl to play in comfortably. I love the stripes and colors, although this is probably more my style than Liv's! The straps at the back are fun, too, but we didn't end up keeping this one because we have our sights set on summer and short sleeves at this point.
Cristiana Tie Front Button Down Top by Love Glam Girl, Size S - Cost to Keep $20.00
This top is the cutest and I was a little bit obsessed with it! I loved the material, the cute ruffle sleeves, the tie waist, and especially this mint color which has always been a favorite color of mine to put her in since she was a baby. As much as I loved this top and thought the fit was ALMOST perfect, the neckline ended up being a bit too low on her. I have it pulled up here, but as soon as she shifted, it was just a bit too low. Since it fits everywhere else, I know a smaller size wouldn't work. So bummed, but since she's not into wearing camis under her shirts yet, it wasn't really worth it to keep this one.
The Hacci Waterfall Cardigan by RUMI + RYDER, Size S - Cost to Keep $22.00
The next item is a super soft waterfall cardigan. I loved the brushed heather look of this and she liked how soft it was. The fit was really good on her as well and I could see this being great to top off some pretty spring dresses with!
Maud Twist Hem Top by Threads for Thought, Size 7 - Cost to Keep $22.00
This top was a super cute pick that Liv and I loved equally. The tie-dye look with those beautiful cotton candy colors is so fun and this shirt is another soft one. I love that the back is so long and then it has that fun bunched look at the front with the cinched waist. It fit her really well and will be so comfortable for her to wear any time.
The Bow Detail Top by RUMI + RYDER, Size S - Cost to Keep $16.00
This top is another cute one! It's really a basic striped tee, but it has those cute little tie details at the sleeves. I love the color and she thought it was very comfortable.
The Verdict: This was another great selection of items from Stitch Fix Kids! These items had a great spring vibe and some fun details that Liv enjoyed. I thought it was a good mix that was perfect for an active little girl. Her stylist always does a great job at sending pieces that are perfect for mixing and matching, too. This service is so much fun with all of the cute styles they send right to your door. It is so much easier being able to try everything on at home on our own time and just pop the pieces we don't want back in the mail! You are paying boutique prices, but there are definitely a lot of benefits to this service!
