I tried HBO Go last night. It requires me to sign up; asks me to choose my television provider (DirecTV) then tells me I don’t have a subscription.
I’m very tech savvy and an IT manager, so I don’t believe it to be user error.

Signup for the trial in a browser, then download HBO now. Use the sign in info and you should be good. There’s some good promotions for STARZ now too, 6 mos for $25.

Is there a certain way to do it on our Apple TV? We have AT&T internet in our home with limited channels

HBO has the best documentaries-I highly recommend I Love You Now Die and The Case Against Adnan Sayed if you’re into true crime. There were things the media never talked about in both high profile cases. Also Succession and Barry became my fav shows last year, they’re both so good.

This is awesome. Crazy Stupid Love is one of my all time favorite movies. We don’t have HBO and I never Saw the Sopranos. Also looking forward to seeing a few of the other series plus the LEGO movie2.

Super cool! Been wanting to watch Veep! Anyone know if it’s ad-supported or ad-free?

Hbo never has ads, they don’t let companies buy ad time from them. There will be commercials for their shows you can fwd through and they started showing cdc recommendations on tv because of the virus, but that’s the closest thing to an ad I’ve ever seen.
