Also did the BOGO desk. Receiver cardboard box with items loose inside. Missing Glow Recipe and BOWLS! Bought them just for the bowls. Calling would not help. I canceled a looong time ago after the first quarterly box. Just couldn’t pass up this deal.
Seems like they’re giving up n clearing the decks. Bet they’ll post a “Sorry but we’re done” notice soon.

Sorry to reopen this thread, but has anybody had luck in getting an answer from customer service? I sent emails with proof of the issues I had (aka their mistakes) but Popsugar musthave CS keeps not answering. Worst subscription ever in my book.It has been over a month now and I feel they stole my money and are getting away with it. My apologies for the rant and negativity, but if somebody has some suggestions on how to get in touch (besides the contact form)… thanks and sorry

I had a similar problem with this box and once I contacted them through Facebook I received a quick response and they took care of the issue. I have always found their customer service to be great, but I think the virus has caused delays in responding. I hope that they get back to you soon.

I also ordered the BOGO and received 2 shipping tracking numbers – 1 box arrived. For the other tracking number the box has still not been shipped. I have emailed popsugar 3x and no reply! Is there a customer service email that anyone has used that has been successful?

Did you email customer service? I did after I received the wrong color of necklace. They responded in 3 days, and said a replacement had been ordered, but it could take 3 weeks to ship. I definitely would pursue it and not give up, if I were you. To not get the bowls and eye mask is totally unacceptable!
It doesn’t look like they’re going out of business. They just released 4 spoilers for the Summer box.

I finally received my box today. The bowls are broken and it is missing the Glow mask and the smudge wellness crystals. Beyond disappointed.

Same disappointment, but at least I got the eye mask and the crystals. Despite the fact that it took over a month for my box to be shipped, I didn’t even get any of my choices -all of them available when I placed my order-, while people who picked those items after me got their boxes shipped earlier and with those items in it.

Mine was also missing the Glow Recipe. Thankfully everything else was present and in good shape. I’m sorry you had that experience. I’ve contacted customer service, but I’m not optimistic.

My Glow Recipe was missing as well. They refuse to replace it, refunding $5.00 instead.

My Spring box arrived today, a month after I ordered it. I guess I shouldn’t complain- nothing was missing, broken, or leaking. But I ordered the turquoise necklace, and was sent the sand color- yuck. Turquoise was the only color I might possibly wear of the two, and I would guess I have almost zero chance of getting that mistake fixed. We’ll see.

They didn’t replace the necklace nor the glasses (they sent the wrong items), they acknowledged only the broken bowl (Arrived 3 days ago), the only thing they replaced. On top of that, they are not even answering my emails. I’m glad that at least some people are receiving good customer service, my experience is bad, it made me very bitter and I won’t be resubscribing.

Buyer Beware. I just signed up under the buy one get one promo.for Popsugar Must Haves. Although I have written several emails regarding the delivery of the boxes, I have not received a responsive email. Beware if you are thinking of subscribing to this box. There is no phone number, there is no chat option and if your emails are answered they are not responsive to your issues.

I emailed them about the box I purchased around April 4th and they said that there are shipping delays, but a few hours later I received the shipping notice and my box should be here on Wednesday. The box order where I split the 2 boxes deal should also be here on Wednesday and I only ordered it 5 days ago. I hope your box ships soon and that you love it.

I need to make something clear. I ordered PopSugar Musthave BOGO box using the proper coupon and providing my home address. When I realized that I had not been able to add a second address I IMMEDIATELY sent an email providing name and address for second box. I have sent MANY emails providing the second address. These emails have been received and acknowledged but have NOT provided addressed the 2 delivery addresses provided. I then received notification that BOTH boxes are being sent to my home .This is an error which I have repeatedly tried to correct.

Yes, I agree Buyer Beware – I ordered a box over 3 weeks ago and part of it was going to be used for my mother’s birthday. I received a shipping confirmation with tracking, however when I clicked on tracking, only the label was created with no movement.
I emailed PopSugar and received an email that they are having “Extreme delays”, yes they used the word “Extreme” and shipping would be delayed from 3 – 5 weeks!
I would have NEVER ordered this box had I known it would take 1 1/2 – 2 months to receive it.

Yeah, mine took about a month and a half from purchase to receiving the box. A little long, but absolutely worth it in my opinion. Amazing products, great customer service, stellar experience all-around.
I think delays for everything we order should be expected. If and when something arrives quickly, take that as a lucky break vs. assuming it’s the way it should be. Right now EVERYTHING is slow, especially shipping/USPS/UPS/FedEx, etc.

Yes! I came to ask the same thing. Mine hasn’t moved from Gilroy since the 10th and I’m in California, less than 3 hours away from the city it’s shipped from. I don’t think FedEx has even received the boxes and they have been delivering, so this must be on PS. Has anyone who ordered this month got their box yet?

Snagged a 2nd one for me and one for my sister! Perfect b/c her birthday’s coming up and she loves crystals. And she was able to pick her colors for glasses/necklace so I did not have to guess 🙂
I could totally use a 2nd blue-light blocking pair of glasses, the skincare items are awesome, and as everyone else has been saying, it’ll be nice to have a full set of bowls. Love the idea someone had to cut the tassels off. I’ll try that on the necklace I had already put in my donate stash.
I was a bit sad that the black glasses sold out right as I was in the middle of checking out 🙁 but the cellophane ones are cute too. I think the gold ones are the prettiest and I’m surprised they were the last ones left! They were my first choice and I got them in my first box that I paid full price for.

Mine took over a month from purchase to receiving the box, more like 6 weeks, so it will definitely happen. It’s just a bit slow, which is understandable considering the state of the world at the moment. You’ll love it when you DO receive it, it’s incredible. At least it was for me!
