I got an email yesterday telling me to make my own May pack. PV gave me a code for $30 off, with some restrictions…engraved, clubs, etc. The kicker, you have to spend an additional $10 in order to check out. Not happy! I’d get it if it was a random coupon, but this is a subscription I paid upfront for😕

It does say you have to pay ten dollars extra, but if you just continue to checkout, it goes away and you don’t have to pay the ten dollars anymore.

I contacted PV to ask for a refund since I already own most of the bracelets on the site and/or anything not sold out isn’t really something I would want. I was told there would be no refund. So I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge since I have no product and have been refused a refund.

Same here! With that additional $10 and the subscription I paid for ($11/month), paying $21 for a pack that’s not exclusive. Not cool, PV. Also annoyed because the May jewelry club pack came out as normal while the bracelet club didn’t

The new bracelets have the gold charms, while “original” bracelets have the more rustic looking charms. most of my pura vida subscription bracelets have the gold ones.

Do these have silver or gold Pura Vida charms on the back?

Hi JB, I’ve been getting their bracelets on and off for a few years now, and the little charms on the back are silver; not a shiny silver, more of a brushed, weathered looking nickel. I think at some point I’ve gotten a set that had gold or maybe rose gold charms, but that’s only been once or twice at the most that I recall, and that was a while back. Hope this helps!
