I’m having the same issue! I ordered on May 10 and on the website it said it would arrive between May 22-26 and the USPS tracking page has said “on its way to USPS” since May 20 and hasn’t updated since. I had an issue with them back when they had that lawsuit against them a few years back and started charging 39.95/month after I purchased a costume from them and if that wasn’t enough, I cancelled the membership and they STILL kept charging me .. I really feel like I should’ve known better lol but I assumed they would’ve had better customer service by now.

I am so sorry you are having so much trouble with them! I have placed a few orders now, and all are shipped. I had one nightie show up without the matching panties, so I emailed CS. I think it took a little over a day to get a response and help.
😞 Hopefully my good luck with them hasn’t been just a fluke.

I think they are delayed in shipping due to COVID. I placed an order on 04/24, received it 05/05. Another order placed one day later will arrive this Wednesday.
You might try emailing or doing the live chat with them.

Dang they reeled me in for 3 bikinis. I’ve never actually tried their swimwear, but their lingerie has been pretty good quality.

They got me for 3 more bra & sets. If they had tankinis or swim shorts/skirts they might have gotten me there too 🙂 I really need to hide my wallet from myself!
