FaceTory 7 Lux April 2020 Review
Now on to the masks!
FaceTory Let’s Talk Vitality Firming Mask - Retail Value $3.50
I am always pleased with the FaceTory own-brand items, and this mask was no exception. It had a creamy green scent and a milky serum. Infused with pomegranate seed and shea butter, this one is filled with antioxidants and hydration. My face felt great after this mask!
Farmskin Strengthening Sheet Mask - Listed Value $3.50
This was a lighter mask that made my skin feel better more than it made it look better. But that is okay too! It has blueberry extract as well as algae (my skin loves this stuff) and made for a very comfortable little mask experience while bingeing Netflix.
Beauugreen Green Tea Essence Mask - Retail Value $2.50
Green tea is one of my favorite beauty ingredients, so obviously I loved this mask! It is one of those ingredients that packs loads of antioxidants as well as helps even out skin tone and reduces red spots. This mask fit well and had a light clear serum with a fresh scent, and while it wasn't the most hydrating, it did make my face feel tighter, in a good way.
The Beautiful Factr Glow Sponge Hydrating Mask - Retail Value $3.00
Oooh, the fabric of this mask was a little thicker and "spongier" than normal, which I liked! It still fit my face really well. They aren't kidding with the "hydrating" part either, this mask packs a moisture punch! It also has a little apple extract which provides some gentle exfoliation.
Lebelage Cucumber Solution Mask - Retail Value $2.00
Of course, anything with cucumber I can count on to be cooling and refreshing. This was a great mask after a little bit of sunshine on my face this week. I tossed it into the fridge for some extra chill and then let that cucumber magic get to work on reducing my redness and calming my skin.
Sur Medic+ Bright – Glutathione Mask - Retail Value $3.80
This mask was looking great for dry skin and should also help with fine lines. I am 33 now, and I am all for any help! Inside is niacinamide (my boo) and also glutathione which is antioxidant-rich. This mask fit my face well and left my skin looking very hydrated and dewy.
Lassie’el Real Vitamin E Powder Mask - Retail Value $7.00
This was the more involved mask this month, and it was super fun. Basically, the top of the pouch is a distinct little area filled with powder. Folding the packet released the powder down into the mask area and activates the dry vitamin powder. Then you can squish it around until it is well mixed in the mask and apply! It has a slight citrus scent and a clear serum (LOADS of it!). It left my face feeling bright and radiant.
This month arrived with a full-size bonus product too!
ElishaCoy Tetraforce Cream, 100 g - Retail Value $23.00
I love that this sub has been sending full-size items, and this cream was a winner for me. It feels great on the skin, absorbs well, and has a nice amount of anti-redness power for my ruddy skin! This is another keeper and I am so thrilled it is full size.
Verdict: FaceTory is always a treat. It feels so nice to curl up with a blanket, some TV, and 1-2 sheet masks. Ok, and wine. The assortment this month was pretty great too and I loved the full-size bonus item so much. If you are into K-Beauty (or want to be) this is a great subscription to try out new and exciting masks.
